Recap for Tuesday October 15th, 2024

Marty calls Lang when he's taking a piss. Gets ignored with no call back. Marty spends his morning working on a spreadsheet for the butc farm. The spreadsheet is a map that lists all the racks. It has their location, contents, durability, cost to replace, and adjusted butc generation after being replacing with recycled laid out. Larry called him while he was working on it to meet with Nino.
Meeting with Nino
Larry, Marty, CJ, and Bubz (joined late) meet with Nino to talk about the Brittany Angel situation. After getting Nino up to speed on everything both sides mutually agree that the 404 are fucked. The Justice and Marshalls are using a loose interpretation of the first amendment of the Los Santos constitution which allows Angel to act in the way she has. The court cases were also reopened by denying it was double jeopardy. There was no reasoning explained on the docket, but it was accepted by Angel before being passed off to lower judges. (Marty later in the day mentions it's because Rocco was seen on a separate instance inside the warehouse. So it counts as a separate event, not leading to double jeopardy. No evidence was provided. But I have been told there will be a hearing about this, and it is not automatically approved. Marty does not know this though)
Nino would eventually tell them that the best course of action is fighting back and making sure the DOJ and Barett are forced to answer their questions about the case/corruption on the docket so there is a paper trail. This is so Nino can build a larger case using this instance as part of his evidence of corruption. He does not believe there's enough yet to go for impeachment.
As a result of this meeting CJ crashed out in the court house in some way. Bubz said it was funny. (This part did not include a Marty PoV I'm basing it off what Bubz told Marty later, I did not personally watch)
TLDW of the meeting: They are patient 0, they can try their best to fight back. It won't lead to them getting the WH back, but it will help the people of Los Santos in the future in regards to impeaching or creating change with the Marshalls/DOJ.
Captain Meeting
The meeting was over an hour long and broken up. As a result I will just share important info.
Gigi is updating her spreadsheet to streamline her workload. This will require Captains to present numbers slightly differently, but it is the same information as before.
Weed is being moved to the red trailer. That will be the pickup location for Captains and Enforcers. Gigi makes an emphasis on pushers being on the app, they also discuss giving Teddy their average bags sold cause there has been a lot of weed going bad. Marty said he can't give a number yet cause of all the 404 changes but will give an updated number next week now that they are back up to speed.
Moonshine has new cooking positions available since people have become inactive. It requires around 4.5 hours a week and multiple days to break even for stills costs. Gigi only wants people to do it if they are committed. There is also a moonshine property for sale next to the NPC. It is selling for 2m but might go to auction. It is a small building and undesirable outside of its location for depositing moonshine. Gigi said unless they can get it for cheaper at auction, or if moonshiners in the crew want to pay the majority of the property cost, cypress will not pay for it. She thinks it's overpriced and the captains agree.
Marty asks Teddy for some weed. Teddy needs to be out of the city but tells Marty he will have it in 1-2 hours. Marty tells Bubz to pick it up, but Bubz forgets and goes to bed. Teddy is apparently mad about this.
Marty mentioned needing a hard drive for jobs. Vito mentions his crew has a second app with cash exchange that belongs to Jacyn. He said he will discuss with Sakura on potentially giving it to 404 permanently to use.
