10/15/2024 Kick Recap - "More Rottweilers"

Lang runs into Clark at the farming warehouse, and they chat about sleeping habits. Clark asks Lang about the 404 warehouse, the charges, and Justice Angel's work with re-charging people involved in the original warehouse raid. Lang is confused, they stop by city hall to see if anyone can answer questions. They can't find anyone, so they head to the docks and continue to chat.

Ilya calls to tell Clark about an issue with The Ballas, and recaps the story of Cuddles and Coco kidnapping someone and then letting them go. Lang is frustrated that everyone in the crew is turning into Chihuahuas. Clark tries to explain that the crew might be afraid of the Don's punishments, but Lang argues that the crew should feel justified enough to beef with anyone who disrespects them. They drive around before storm, and stumble upon a robbed G6 truck, but find nothing left.

tsunami hits

Lang picks up Luciano and they drive to the Silos to drop off some product. They head up to the Dam and call Clark and Ilya to chat. Ilya and Clark arrive, Lang makes Ilya recap the story from before storm. The hostage they took for a 24/7 was being too mouthy, Cuddles apologized for the aggression, Ilya threatened the hostage and Cuddles made him back down. Ilya is upset that they looked soft, but he wanted clarification and authority to do whatever fits best. Apparently the hostage was a friend of Cuddles, Lang and Luciano agree that he should have shot the hostage. Lang and Luciano sidebar, considering what punishment to give out. They ask Ilya what he wants to do, Ilya suggests speaking to Teddy to see if he's planning on buying in Cuddles, and then forcing her to kill her friend. They like the idea, but they don't want Teddy's approval. They tell Ilya to make Cuddles do it now, as a loyalty test.

Arush arrives at the Dam and Luciano gives him context. Arush agrees with killing Cuddles' friend, but argues with Lang about the crew being soft. They want Arush to suggest punishments for Cuddles, and question her loyalty to Cypress, or to him. They call back to confirm the task was done, and head over to Clark's house to meet for a new job. Arush gets a call from Nino to warn him about an upcoming sting that the police are planning. Lang questions if Nino is using it as a political play, but Arush believes Nino since he's his mentor. Arush is willing to go down for the crew, but Lang believes he just wants to go on vacation. They've done all the cleaning they can, so at this point they have to wait and see.

They return to Ilya and Clark who built a plan for them to take the HQ Ammunation heist. Ilya tells them that they will hack everyone off the WIFI while 4 of them wait for the crate to be delivered. Lang doesn't think the plan is going to work, but he commits. Luciano has to head out, so they recruit Zeek and Bubbles to join them for the job. Lang and Arush leave to get prepared, Larry calls Arush to warn him about the PD putting a bounty on him. Arush tells Lang that the Skorpion mags don't fit, so they haven't been able to use them. Zeek meets Lang by the Tuner shop and gets yelled at for not knowing the plan.

Sakura calls to see who Cypress is voting for, Lang tells her to choose a preference between Eve or Nino. Sakura checks to see if she should be working on new associates, but Lang wants to worry about trimming the fat first. John Gray keeps hanging around her sister's house, Lang tells her to kill him again, if she wants. Arush doesn't believe in Clark and Ilya's plan either, but they're down to try it. They call Zeek and tell him to bring two scuba tanks, and head up to Grapeseed to set up near the crate. They park the truck with the lights on to look like they're inside, and then Lang and Arush find two bushes to hide in. Lang calls Clark to yell at him, but they already hacked 600 butcoin from someone.

Zeek arrives to give them the scuba gear, Lang makes him put it in the trunk. They suggest Zeek opens the crate and jumps in the water, so he pulls up to do it. Other people arrive, so they start a gun fight. Zeek gets the crate, Clark picks him up, Lang and Arush head to meet at the docks. Lang and Arush compliment each other for shooting well and the plan going smoothly. Clark calls to say that Bubbles might have been taken out, and they can hear over the radio. Lang tells them to come to the Cypress construction instead, and then yells at Clark for being a pussy.

They open the crate and Zeek goes to put it in the Stables, but Lang and Arush yell at him for even thinking about doing that. He takes it to his house instead, they head back up north to find Bubbles. There is tons of miscommunication and ejecting as they get chased around, picking up different people. Eventually, Zeek gets picked up by police. They can't find him, but hear sirens in Cypress so they head over to check it out. They run into someone being chased, and the cops apologize for running into Lang. Lang cusses out Clark for acting scared during the radio change, and Arush wants to yell at them about the plan, but they want to wait for Zeek.

Gigi calls to tell Lang she's got numbers for two weeks, and a nearly full report of every sub crew. They get pulled over on the highway for speeding, Lang and Officer Ventura make small talk about Lang's watch. Lang speeds down the highway again and thinks he's getting pulled over, but it's Officer Shiesty just passing him. They chase Shiesty down and yell at him. Shiesty follows, and pulls them over in the city. Lang and Shiesty argue while his cadet processes the ticket. Shiesty warns them that he left them alone for a month, Arush doesn't care.

After they get the ticket, Lang follows Shiesty's car and accidentally drives into it, so he gets pulled over again. The Officers prepare for a felony stop and ask for Lang to leave the vehicle. Lang reloads his mags and drives off, they call Sakura and Coco to grab boats, so Lang stalls the chase to give them time. Sakura gets a boat, Lang drives down to the docks, Arush scubas away while Lang, Clark and Ilya climb onto the boat. They boat around the city and hide in the canals, but the cops keep finding them. They drop Sakura off to find a car, but she tells them to keep running until they're safe. The chase ends and they get changed, Coco picks them up, and they drive back to Cypress. Lang goes on a washroom break, everyone else disperses.

Lang returns from the washroom break to call Clark and check in. Clark invites him to the captain meeting Gigi is hosting. Lang asks who isn't there, but Teddy is the only one missing. Lang takes a bike from the garage and crashes it on the way over. Now on foot, Lang runs from the nearby sirens, looking for a car to steal. Zeek calls to borrow some money, Lang tells him to ask Gigi. Lang asks what happened to him, Zeek thinks that he burnt out, and now he's recovering. Lang approves of him to ask Gigi for 50k. He finally steals a car and drives over to the meeting, crashing the car into the pool.

Lang arrives and tells them to continue as he listens in. Gigi wants to keep a better recording of weed bags going out per sub crew. They have room for one more afternoon farmer, and Clark complains about having no moonshine operation. Everyone starts getting mouthy, Lang calms them down. He goes for a short tour of the farm, and then heads to bed.
