The Frank's workers tell Lang about the deal they made with PD to supply shift 2 with food for 490k a month, Lang thanks them for their hard work. He calls Arush to meet, but Arush is in the sewers. Lang joins him for a chat about yesterday, filling in Arush about the loot they got from the cargo heist.

Arush tells Lang about other groups that hit a cargo heist last night and got shotguns as well, but no ammo. Arush heard you can get everything from the cargo heist, even Grapple Guns. Lang wants to do some jobs and actually earn money, Arush tells him to make some pills for them to use later. Arush leaves Lang in the sewers, but Lang get's lost and does laps until he gets lucky enough to find the right entrance he came in from. Lang races all the way up to the red trailer but realizes he never got a new key after giving it to Arush.

Tsunami

Lang calls the Dons to meet at the butchery, Luciano arrives first and they discuss Lang's plan of how he wants to finalize the kill list. Luciano asks if Lang is okay, Lang is just excited to get it done. Arush and Harry arrive, Arush tells them he calculated exactly how many members they have, and has come up with 5 people to kill. After every cut and every add, they will end up with 39 people, 31 if they remove the Dons and upper management. Lang looks at the entire crew list and removes 5 names: Yaya, Locco, Oleg, Santana, and Tommy. He passes around the list for approval, Arush tells them about the grapple guns. Luciano tells them that Robin got 404 a deal to get their warehouse back, Ricky will take a 400k fine as consequence. Lang brags about being a hero in the cargo heist, they argue about who is responsible.

They decide to have a big crew meeting to start the culling, but right as Lang calls Zeek they hear a boat horn and think it's a cargo ship. Lang delays the meeting and everyone rushes over to the airport. Lang finds someone about to take off, so they hold them up and steal their plane. Lang and Arush take off in the plane, Lang's radio broke so Arush has to guide him. They fly up the west coast and find no boat, the plane fuel gauge is scuffed so they land to refuel. People arrive so they grow suspicious and take off again, flying to Grapeseed to refuel. They fly around the entire island and don't find a boat, so they cancel the operation and return to Cypress for the meeting.

Lang and Arush head to the construction site, they can't reach a lot of crew members so Lang grows suspicious of someone leaking. People eventually arrive, but Lang and Arush decide to get changed and grab the Marshall's revolver. The Dons discuss how they want to deliver the speech, and the approach of what they tell the rest of the crew going forward.

The Culling

Lang climbs to the top of the makeshift stage in the construction site and addresses the crew: Harry, Luciano, Arush, Larry, Bubbles, Liya, Martin, Ilya, Coco, Sophia, CJ, Beau, Vito, Donnie, Zeek, and Tommy. Lang informs everyone of the structure changes, removing sub crews an uniting everyone under one large group. Enforcers will be changing, Captains remain the same, and the intent to appoint an Underboss. Associates will be removed, they don't need to be killed, but it's up to the Captain's discretion. He addresses the bought in members next, naming their loyalty to Cypress as a key element to their safety, except for a few. Lang calls Tommy DeVito forward and allows him to speak before he is executed. (2:59 VOD) Tommy tells everyone that although he had vacant periods, he gave his entire life for Cypress. Luciano commends Tommy for his time with Cypress, "You were good, you were great, but no longer. Not for this, not for whatever this is". Luciano gives Tommy a final word, "Cypress Forever", and then shoots him in the head with the revolver.

Lang reminds everyone that they're now one crew, and they get distracted by the boat horn. The Dons yell at them for getting distracted, Lang tells them all to take Tommy down to the Cypress waters and treat him with respect. Harry suggests they go to the airport, but Lang wants to join everyone by the Cypress waters. The Dons watch from afar as they return Tommy to the waters. Martin comes to speak to the Dons, but they refuse. Teddy arrives and they inform him of the killing. Lang tells him that Santana is next, Teddy requests to be there for it.

Lang, Luciano, Harry, Arush, Vito and Martin gather up and head to the cargo heist. The Dons arrive early on one boat and watch, they notice the helicopter take a crate and return for the second. They are being shot by people in the water under the boat, so they push and shoot down the people in the water. Vito goes down, Lang drives away to get some space from another group that shoots them. Boat scuff happens, so they leave and head back to the city, Lang bleeds out. They all stop by the hospital to get patched up. Arush is still bleeding and doesn't want to go to the doctor, so Lang drags him back inside to see a doctor. Arush still refuses, so Lang refuses to allow him back into his truck.

Lang bumps a car on the way out from the hospital, they call around looking for Harry, but he's in the trunk. Lang and Luciano want keys to the red trailer, so they go to get them from Arush before he heads to bed. They pick up Vito from the court house who got keys from Arush, and then they ride up Paleto to the trailer. Vito mentions that Santana won't be around and told Sakura this, and asks for the rest of the names of who they plan on removing from the crew. Lang gives Vito the names, and reminds him that how he wants to handle the associates is up to him. They arrive at the trailer, Vito wasn't added to the panel yet, so they have to wait for Arush. They drive all the way back into the city, Arush calls to say he was added, so they spin the block and head back up to Paleto, again.

Luciano suggests that Vito should buy the Night House from Cloak, but Cloak is pissed and removed everyone's access after they removed most of their equipment. They get to the trailer, Vito grabs the crates of shine, and they return to the city. Martin calls to tell Lang that Zahn is awake if they wanted to axe him next, Lang calls him dumb and hangs up. Vito drops the crates at the Silos with Luciano, the property alarm goes off so they leave quickly and stop by the hospital. Vito offers them medical equipment for the cargo heists, but Harry and Lang refuse to take any. Teddy calls Luciano to speak about weed production, Lang tells him to lower it since they'll have less people.

Lang and Luciano return to the Silos to convert the shine into painkillers. Lang wants to up production on the fentanyl and jokes that Luciano doesn't want to make them in the same place. Luciano shows Lang the book that's tracking his metrics, and Luciano calls his fent, "fentacini". Larry calls to say he's tired of the clean life, so Lang offers to bring him on the hot run tomorrow. Lang tells Luciano and Harry to handle taking out the rest of the people on the list as they come across them. everything stops because they all see a random string attached to their hands, so they take naps

Lang wants to have a quick Captain's meeting, so they call Martin, Teddy, and Vito to meet. Harry mentions that they left Tommy's shoes behind, Lang thinks that's fucked up. They walk over to the Cypress dock to have the meeting, Lang feels regret about Tommy's death. They tell Vito to have someone clean up the construction where they killed Tommy, Teddy arrives and Luciano gives him the shoes. Martin finally arrives, and Harry complains about how he walks. Martin asks how they prevent people from operating as sub crews, Teddy agrees since he bought a house with his sub crew. Luciano tells them to try and work with other people.

Captain Meeting

Teddy asks if his clean people need to be known to the crew, Lang thinks they're fine to remain in the shadows. Martin asks about how money should be turned in, Lang isn't sure how they want to change it yet, so for now it will remain the same. Lang tells them that they're demoting Enforcers like Larry and Joe, but Martin tells them they already demoted Larry. They realize the confusion, but want to move forward with Queenie and Ilya as the only remaining Enforcers. They haven't picked an Underboss yet, but they plan to pick from the Captains. Lang mentions that once they promote the Underboss, they will promote an Enforcer Prime (name not official) who will manage the enforcers. The captains question if that Enforcer Prime will have power over them, but they are reminded that they are still below captains. Vito asks who the Specialists are, and they joke about Yuno being the best hacker in the world still. Teddy asks for an earning quota for members, but they discuss things other than monetary value being important right now. Teddy recommends Leon for Enforcer promotion, Martin suggests trying something new and wants CJ for a promotion.

Lang opens the floor for concerns and discussion, Teddy raises issue with members never being ready for jobs and heists, Martin questions if the large crew size is still an issue, Vito suggests Matteo for Enforcer as a replacement for Joe, Vito wants to kill Alfredo and is told he can't since he's the Silos clean person. Vito tells them that if he didn't just mention it, he was going to kill Alfredo right after this meeting. They ask Vito if Luca was stealing from members of the crew, they have to investigate it still. Martin asks if Hank can still hang around, and they remind them that associates are allowed to be handled however they choose. They wish the captains well, after they leave the Dons joke about letting Vito kill Alfredo for the chaos.

Lang heads to bed.
