October 29th, 2024 -RECAP- “CLASSIC WARRR! - BENJI NoPixel 4.0”
• As Benji wakes up in the apartments, he prepares for his usual walk to the Abyss, fully aware that Hades is at war with SOB. He receives a phone call from Perez, eager to check in on the boys and find out if there were any fights that day.
• Perez informs Benji about a recent encounter: Hades had one fight, but unfortunately, they lost. Hades suspects they were ambushed, but the truth is that SOB was simply at the Courthouse near the electronics store, where they were picking up radios. Hades happened to pass by, and the fight quickly turned against them. Alan took down Rico and Lance with a shotgun, while MigL threw a grenade at Perez. The only one who managed to escape was Zee, who was quick on his feet and helped Perez hide the shotgun he had been carrying. Ultimately, SOB caught up with Zee and Perez, leading to Lance, Louis, Rico, and Benito ending up in jail.
• By the time the story wraps up, Benji is ready to roll out. All six guys—Benji, Perez, Louis, Lance, Aleks, and Rico—drive north to strategize for their next fight. They spend about an hour hunting for SOB, but there are no confrontations, only some back and forth on Twatter with Alan. At one point, Reggie delivers food to the boys behind El Rancho.
• Next, Benji is contacted by a God regarding the cargo container they’ve been waiting for, prompting the boys to head up Ocean Highway to open the crate. Rico successfully hacks the container on his second attempt using thermite. Inside, they find medical kits, painkillers, and $100K. For some inexplicable reason, Benji and Perez are blown up and then revived by the same God. Afterward, they drive north to Reggie’s house to stash their loot.
• The boys make a brief stop in the forest up north to discuss Rico's argument with Marlo earlier that day before the first fight. Rico shares his side, explaining that Marlo wanted to roll out, but he preferred to wait for a stronger team rather than taking whoever was awake. Lance offers his perspective, disagreeing with Rico’s view. At this point, Benji intervenes, urging the boys to stay positive and not to hide if six are awake. He hints that it would be beneficial for someone to step up and lead the group, maintaining morale. As the meeting concludes, they all drive back south, with Benji reflecting on the lack of leadership when he and Ray are not around.
