Lang picks up Arush who is roof running, they chat about making money on the way to the Paleto fence. Arush reminds Lang to pick up his kickback from the Factory, 120k is owed still. Arush suggests bringing Clark along to meetings if Harry isn't around, Tony and Luciano should be back soon. Arush is going on vacation at the end of the month, Lang is not amused. Lang returns to Cypress and heads to the butchery for a meeting.

Harry and Clark aren't around, so Lang and Arush discuss Gigi's ideas. Arush mentions that Bruce offered to trade his Cypress warehouse finally, Lang finds it suspicious. Clark arrives, mentioning that Chaos Legion was trying to enter the butchery. Lang and Arush remember that the butchery is still for gathering meat from hunting, so they dismiss it. Lang reads the book to Clark and Arush so that they can decide on what properties to keep, and what to get rid of. They agree to give everyone keys to the Factory, they agree to turn Gigi's warehouse by the hospital into the new red trailer and make Liya the owner. Lang spoils the surprise on the Stables and tells Clark they are giving him the warehouse as his gift, he thanks them. Harry arrives and they detail all the different properties everyone else has, and what they should keep.

They want to own a helicopter, Lang wants to sell the properties and his RSX. Lang puts his ad up on twatter and gets a call immediately about the sale, but the person lowballs and Lang threatens them. Clark reminds them that Cuddles' Flight School opens soon, so they can get pilot licenses. Arush wants to buy in Cuddles next week, and then lists the other potential buy ins. Harry and Lang argue about why Arush wants to buy in people, Harry thinks that buy ins were like giving the donkey the carrot. Clark gives his perspective, they want to remain harsher on the structure of Cypress. They spend a lot of time discussing if Lieutenant is a step up or a lateral move, Clark praises Queenie to the point where Harry accuses Clark of trying to give away his position. Arush helps explain Clark's point, and they come to an understanding that Clark should spend less time propping other people up.

Lang tries to hold Arush and jump down, but fails and falls to the ground as well. Arush and Harry argue all the way the hospital, and the doctors help them back on their feet. Lang begins the meeting by telling Gigi what they approved or denied about the properties, and then they discuss the potential savings of the crew. Andi tells them that Gigi thought she was better fit for the role, everyone is surprised. They agree to speak to her about her feelings on the matter, they just assumed she was too busy and already handled enough. They use money to gauge how active people are, and have built a small organization around those who they are happy to be around. They discuss structure, Andi suggests giving captains operations, Lang details all the times previously they have done that. They use Martin as an example of someone who often fails, is inactive, but has tons of potential. Lang tells Andi he wants to revamp every operation and then details what he knows of them currently.
