Mr Kebun and Ricky South Vs The State - Tina Donovan Murder Trial

  • Pre-Trial: Contempt of court starts at $1,000 to $6,000 then jail.

  • Pre-Trial Motion - No Miranda Rights were read to Mr K during interrogation with Bustin. Judge withheld the ruling on it

    • He was the officer with the Tina Donovan who knew she was in some kind of trouble
    • He testified seeing **Tina's **truck and Tina at the end of docks
    • He saw 2-3 submarines and at least 3 suspect got away in those
    • He testified Ricky admitted to the murder. That LSPD didn't have enough before to arrest him but put a warrant out for him when they did
    • DA motioned for continuance due to **Tarts **and **Bustin **not present. He claimed court case was rushed. Court went to recess for 15 mins to decide
    • Lawyer **Cain **requested for Guilty plea for Ricky for 5 years with 3 served. Ricky accepted
    • **Clowns **attempted to assassinate Mr K, K went down
    • In the midst of the chaos **Ricky **ran out of court and hopped in a running car and ended up going back to court
    • **Ricky **plead guilty for 5 years with 3 years served
    • **Cain **tried to prove that **K ** didn't Harbor **Ricky **because they were BOTH wanted which caused them to work with each other
    • The judge dropped the accessory to the murder

    • He testified to marching from MRPD to the funeral and hearing a metal clink and that's about all he can remember
    • He said that he wasn't aware of any suspects being investigated after waking up from the hospital
    • He also said that Mr K did hit him with a Dildo on a stick and that he pistol whipped and shot him after
    • 3rd witness, Ricky South
    • He said that he did not know Mr K in any way and has never spent any time with him other than the transport here
    • He said he lived in K-Town
    • The judge called him out and said that he told him that he knew Mr K and charged him with perjury
    • After being called out he said that He does in fact know Mr K a little bit from the K Town stuff as well as a little in jail
    • He said that he sometimes retweets his L post's but said that anyone can change their name on L
    • He said that he Stabbed her at the Alamo Sea docks and escaped via submarine and said that the tweet was not factual because he was the one to kill her not Peanut
    • He also said that he did not tell Mr K about murdering Tina

    • But then also said that he didn't tell anyone else about the murder
  • The prosecutor made a point that Mr K was on a "tweeting spree" and that everyone needs to be held accountable whether its a tweet or bombing a funeral

  • **Rosa **made a point saying that just because you say something on L doesn't mean its truth

  • **Cain **said that the timestamps on the tweets were all made on oct 30 with no proof of who made them and that it doesn't make sense to charge a man 30 attempted murders based off of tweets

  • Before the verdict the judge asked if Mr K wouldn't mind going on the stand he said yes

  • He said that the tweets that were made weren't his and that his phone had been stolen before in late October by a rival gang who he was in a war with at the time

    • Mr K said that at the time of October 30 around 6:05 PM he did not recall if he had his L name as mrkebun
    • Mr K said that on October 30 he was aware that Tina died and didn't attend the funeral
    • Mr K said that he was at a braves game during her funeral and that the royals won, he also said nobody else was with him and his proof that was that he was at the game
    • Mr K said that the only possible person who could collaborate that he wasn't there was Bustin Cider as they were on the phone together talking about what it was called when someone hit the ball straight up and that **Bustin **told him it was a pop-fly
