11/12/2024 Kick Recap - "Find Yourself A New Don"

Lang meets with Arush in the Silos and they get equipped for what they assume is a war with the Manor. They head down to the docks and call Luciano, who's meeting with Sakura and Harry. Lang is upset that Luciano isn't waiting for them to learn together, but Luciano claims he called Lang a bunch of times (og did streamer awards voting when luciano called). Luciano and Harry arrive, they chat about how some of Cypress got robbed last night doing sanitation, and this was the third or forth time it's happened. Luciano approved the clap back, and they've had 2-3 fights with the Manor since last night. Arush confirms that he even solo fought some of them this morning.

They gather up with Clark and Ilya and do some rounds, finding a blue-ish car by the food court. They hold up the driver, but he's just a civilian lawyer. They continue the convoying, Arush tells them about a rap event they're having in Vinewood today. They roll up and wait patiently outside the event until suspicions raise and the gunfight begins. Lang flanks on his own with a shotgun, taking out a car and then grappling to a roof. Lang takes out another, but the police arrive, so he hides in the hills in a bush. The police survey the area and gather up both Manor and Cypress, eventually standing on the hill and chatting, right beside the bush that Lang is laying in. Someone spots him and he takes off, grappling away into the hills.

After an incredible hike, Lang calls Sakura for a pick up at the observatory. Vito and Queenie arrive to pick Lang up, Lang tells the story and they are surprised by his survival. They drop him in Cypress while he gets re-equipped, Lang wants to visit the boys in jail so he scoops Bubbles and the rest come along. Bubbles chats about how strong Cypress really is, they'll even call the cops on people. They arrive at the prison and call the boys to visitation. Lang tells his side of the story, Arush, Clark, and Ilya explain their side. Arush heads to bed in jail, Clark and Ilya are going to work off their time.

Lang runs into Vingle Dan in the prison office, he's missing his legs, Lang stomps on him on the way out. Lang rejoins with Bubbles, Vito brings CJ, Queenie, and Skipper back to the city. Bubbles reminds Lang about the Lucky Plucker event on friday, Harry calls to say Manor took his gun so the cops let him loose. Harry tells Lang that Luciano got cut loose, but they're chasing him down still. Lang drops Bubbles and finds Luciano, picking him up and fleeing the cops. Skipper grabs a boat, Lang dumps the car into the water and they safely escape the cops.

Queenie and Vito radio they're being chased by cops now, Skipper drops Lang and Luci at the pier but they can't find a car and the PD boat arrives. They hop back into the boat, Lang tries to joust the PD boat but beaches theirs. They all hop out and split up, Lang swims into the canals with hopes to grab another car and rejoin them. Lang grabs the Sandal and joins the chase, grabbing Vito and dropping him off. Lang returns to grab Luciano, the cops bounce them around until Lang collides with a civilian, ejecting and going down. Luciano picks up Lang and stuffs him in Queenie's car, Vito and others try to block a few times until Queenie loses the cops.

Queenie takes Lang to the hospital and rejoins the chase, Lang tells the doctor about the city's bad drivers. After getting patched up, Lang goes to the psychiatric ward and takes a mental break before trying to rejoin the group. He decides to call Harry instead, but Harry's having his 1 on 1 with Andi, and Lang doesn't want to interrupt. Lang waits patiently in the hospital for a pick up, Sakura and Clark arrive and Lang explains that they're only just wrapping up the chase from the original incident now. They run into Larry and Skipper in Cypress, Larry tells them that Manor is busy with their event right now so they aren't convoying.

Luciano calls to say he's free and apologized for communication issues, they agree to meet up. Clark needs some equipment, so they stop by the new armoury warehouse. Lang gets spooked by someone trying to walk in the warehouse after them, but quickly discovers it's just Vito and Luciano. Carmine calls to banter about how long the chase was, and then brags about impounding Lang's car and stripping it down. They return to the cars and head back to Cypress, Clark tells them that Manor was talking shit in prison.

They find out that there's a race starting, Larry says that some Manor are there. Lang is down to shoot, so he hops in with Leon as Sakura, Clark, Luciano, and Ilya take lead. Larry radios where the race is and then passes out. As they pull up, the race starts and the cars take off. They decide to wait for the race to finish, Lang goes to hide in a bush. Cops and AIR-1 are out, so Lang and Leon park a house near the end of the race. Sakura and Clark grab a hostage from the end of the race, they convoy up the highway to the lighthouse where they plan to rob the person and NOT ocean dump him.

Leon's car goes out on the highway, Lang hears a helicopter pass as some cars speed up to Leon and press him, Lang shoots the guy from a bush and Leon hides the body on the side of the road. Lang texts Clark and Luciano in a panic while Leon tries to repair his car. Manor pulls up as they are about to hop back in, Lang takes one out, another takes out Leon. Lang is left to fight 3 more, but eventually goes down. Lang gets picked up by Manor while the PD stops Cypress on the highway. Lang pleads with the Manor to rob him and leave him, but they take him to the airport. After some banter and stealing Lang's shotgun, they agree to take him to the hospital.

Lang get's back on his feet and meets with Larry, Skipper, CJ and Bubbles outside the hospital. Lang wants to yell at Clark and Luciano, Larry tells him they're still being chased by police. Clark picks up the phone and Lang flames him out for being useless. Lang spam calls Luciano and runs his way back to Cypress, but decides to call Clark and yell at him some more. Clark tells Lang that Luciano is down in his car, Lang asks if they stopped to rob the guy they had in the trunk, Clark says yes. Lang tells him he's fined 2.5m and if the Dons don't agree with him, he's leaving the crew. Harry calls back to check in, Lang vents his frustration with Clark and Luciano, and recaps the situation. Luciano calls back, Lang yells at him, too.

He finds his way to the Silos and starts looting it, JP style. Luciano texts Lang to take accountability, while he's stuffing his pockets with tommy guns and magazines. Lang texts back for them to check the armoury, Luciano and Clark arrive to stop Lang, but it's too late. Lang watches from the decorating cameras as they realize everything is gone. Lang overhears Clark talking shit about Cypress, so he hops out of the decorating closet and holds Clark up to yell at them some more. Luciano tells the story: Ilya robbed the guy, but Clark takes responsiblity for instructing Ilya to do so. Lang calls Clark a failure, and that he regrets making him an Underboss. Luciano tries to stand between them, attempting to calm Lang down. Lang tells them they're useless as he vents about their mistakes, telling them not to call him ever again. Lang doesn't want to put his life on the line for Luciano or Clark again. Clark tells him he would always give his life for Lang and the rest of the Dons, but Lang doesn't believe him.

Luciano tries to tell him to respect Clark, but Lang refuses and points the gun again. Clark runs around trying to dodge in case Lang shoots, Luciano continues to stand between them and reminds Lang of his own words. Lang tells them he's going to bed, thinking about how he's going to kill Clark tomorrow, and then puts all the guns back in the storage. Lang mumbles disappointment to himself and then heads to bed.
