11/14/2024 Kick Recap - "Business Is Business"
Lang grabs the RSX from the tow yard, running into Liya who compliments his outfit (she said he looked like a Christmas tree). Lang drives up to Azul and the Silos to check on equipment. Luciano calls to meet, Lang asks them to gather around the Grime Docks. Luciano, Clark, and Arush arrive to recap last night.
Luciano tells them that they had a crew meeting last night about ending the war, Luciano called Ste from the Manor to settle things. Clark and Luciano went to meet, one of them have personal beef with Leon so they wanted Cypress to hand him over. Luciano and Clark refused, they tried to make a business deal for materials instead. Lang and Arush are confused, Luciano says they also asked to buy Fentanyl bricks, but Lang and Arush think they're not as worse off for fighting the war. Arush suggests calling a meeting and shooting them down with Tommy guns, Lang thinks if you break a parlay then you'll never end the war. Lang then suggests the exact same idea (as a joke). Lang wants more sliders and armour, they want to call around and gather up equipment. Everyone agrees to continue the fight, the deal isn't good enough to stop. Clark suggets calling up a meeting and airing it out, Lang jokingly agrees. Luciano tells them they need clean cash to buy the equipment, but they only have washed. Arush tells him to use some of the cash from savings, and they'll clean some cash right now. Before they leave, Luciano suggests calling up a meeting and airing it out, they all think it's a good idea.
They head to Cypress and gather washed cash to take to the VU, Arush makes a second stop at Tequilala to drop the rest for cleaning. They head to the Hydra block to meet with Flippy for a weapon trade. Flippy seems confused about why they're meeting, so Luciano asks what they have available. After hearing the list, Lang has a sidebar where they discuss that the price is too high per gun. They are willing to trade 6 combat shotguns for 6 guns, and return to the bargaining table with that offer. Flippy doesn't really need the shotguns, they try to convince him that the combat shotguns are better than the pumps, and then Flippy asks about the 10 round slider. Lang is excited to hear about a 10 round slider, so they split off to bring the shotgun and the slider back to test.
The slider doesn't fit on either of the shotguns, Flippy isn't really interested in anything, but he's trying to find something worth trading. Cypress proposes 100 AR ammo, 1 combat shotgun, 10 white mags for 4 MP5s. Flippy wants 15 white mags, but wants to gamble on a death roll to who's deal they take. Flippy says if he wins, they add another shotgun, Lang agrees. They roll down from 1000, Lang loses and they leave to go package the equipment. 4Head isn't awake for long, so they go meet him at Vinewood Bowl.
They arrive and notice Martin's already there, Lang takes a call from Dev selling a 100m turbo. Lang tries to barter for other parts, Dev tells him to come by Mosley's when he's free. Arush and 4Head agree to bring whatever they got to Stab City and they'll see what they can trade. Lang is suspicious of Arush as he gathers the equipment from the Silos, Clark and Luciano note a code word that Arush used. On the drive over, Lang asks Arush about the code word, but Arush says they were talking about the cargo ship. Clark compliments Arush for being the youngest Don, Arush chokes Clark out from the back seat.
4Head and Future show Lang all the different guns they have, Lang jokes about them owning the cargo ship with all the loot they have. They agree to a deal where Cypress gets: 3 Assault SMGs and 1 MP5, for 4 Skorpions with 2 mags each, 2 tech 9s, and 37 shotgun ammo. On the way back to Cypress, the cops attempt to pull Lang and the boys over, they give all the guns to Arush and drop Arush into the water to escape with the equipment. Lang tries to cook the cops in a chase, ejecting Luciano and Clark.
