Luciano calls Lang to chat quickly before the storm, Clark and Luciano meet Lang outside the Forge. Lang gets a text from Sophia stating that she gave Luciano an ultimatum of making Harry step down, or else she leaves the South. Luciano tells Lang the same thing, and they discuss Harry being problematic for everyone so far. tsunami hits

Lang and Luciano meet on the beach and continue the discussion, Lang presses Luciano for letting Harry get away with acting like he was the good guy in all of this. Luciano claims he's been holding Harry accountable, but regardless is afraid of what Harry will do next. Lang agrees that he has to take Sophia and not kill her, because they know Harry won't take stepping down well. Luciano is stressed, and Lang tells him he couldn't handle the pressure that's currently on Luciano's shoulders. They want to have a funeral for Coco and Donnie. Lang offers to speak to Sophia before the final decision is made, Luciano reminds him to transfer the properties before she leaves.

Saab meets Lang by the beach, Lang updates him on what's going on, and they both agree that the North has to take in Sophia to save her life. og takes a meeting Tony calls Lang to chat about the meeting he just had. Tony uses maximum stir by telling Lang that Harry and Luciano stood on business with him and called him out for not being the bridge, and that they told him to join the north instead. Tony mentions that Clark got in trouble for the way he spoke to them, expressing concern for Clark's well being. Lang convinces Tony to call southerners to a meeting to pitch the correct narrative, Luciano calls to say Harry's been in the right mood and doesn't want to kill Sophia, but he won't step down. Lang asks about what they said to Tony, Luciano says that he stirred and kept forcing hypotheticals to argue with them. Lang tries to be sarcastic with Luciano, but Luciano doesn't seem to get it.

North Meeting

Lang, Martin, Larry, Saab, Skipper, Bubbles, CJ, and Liya gather in the warehouse for a meeting. Lang tells them he's still waiting for Sophia's answer, and that they're not against the South. Martin tells them that he sold his 404 warehouse to Jaycn, Bubbles asks how they're getting food for the Lucky Plucker, but they'll have to sort out a new deal with whoever the owner is of Frank's. Members of the South are allowed to come hang out and chat, but there should be respect for their separation. They may have to find another property for butcoin, everyone is allowed to dive into many operations, everyone should take initiative, and they can work with associates. Martin wants to keep the washers at 50 (21k an hour), they agree. Lang reminds them that kickups are 50k a week from everyone aside from Larry. Liya is returning to Lumber, Lang notes that both woodcutting and boosting seem to be easier these days (W owner). CJ asks about what the splits are for jobs, Lang isn't sure either. Martin suggests using the blue trailer for butcoin for now, Lang agrees.

The northerners go hit an Ammunation crate, Lang takes a call from Clark. Clark complains about the communication issues the southern leadership is having. Lang and Clark joke about the issues they're having, Clark thinks they're almost out of the rough patch. Luciano and Harry aren't respected by the crew, Clark feeds Lang's ego by sharing how different members of the south are taking things.

Zeek calls and asks about the splits for jobs, Lang clarifies that only Cargo and larger heists are 50/50. Lang asks how Tony's meeting went, everyone agreed that Tony couldn't work with the southern leadership with how he felt, and nobody wanted to talk to him after the meeting, either. Lang runs into Frank at the food court and tries to tell him that he didn't make him quit, Frank says he totally did. Lang tries to convince him to get re-hired.

-
Lang throws some food at Ricky who is begging outside the food court. He is stopped right down the street by two people running a drunk driving checkpoint. Lang banters with Princess Elena (+1) and returns to North Cypress. Lang calls Martin to see if they can clean the cash, Martin's busy with the crew on the gun crate. He calls Andi to see if she's free to chat, but she's in a meeting. Lang calls Tony and they devise a plan for Tony to take his portion of the money from the south. Lang calls Tony to check in, but he's busy, so Lang calls Clark instead. Clark asks about why they're bartering over the money, and tells Lang that Tony said Octo is coming to the North with him. Lang sends Clark to go peace keep so that nobody gets killed.

Luciano calls to ask Lang what's going on, Tony is claiming he's out and taking Octo with him. Luciano is confused, so he tells Lang to come help clear up the confusion. Lang arrives, Tony says that he spoke to Octo last night and agreed that he's out. Lang tries to tell Tony that they all know what being out means, and that's basically agreeing to be killed. Tony agrees to have a conversation when Octo is back around (he's back on his Portugal schedule), Lang thinks Tony is still owed some money, but Luciano thinks it's not equal to what Lang got. Tony thinks he should get 250k today, and get the rest tomorrow. Luciano stands on business and says that Tony doesn't deserve a million, but Lang argues that Luciano wouldn't be here without Tony. They banter about how much money Cypress has stashed (nobody actually knows the number), and Lang leaves.

Lang calls Teddy, who needs a favour right now. Teddy asks for Liya to remain working on the growing operation with him, Lang agrees. Teddy says he can meet tomorrow after storm, Lang agrees again. Lang runs into Liya in the warehouse, she says he helps him grow while he's away, so Lang understands better. Andi is finally free to meet, so she comes to the Forge.

Lang asks her how the talks are going, Andi calls Lang out for stirring. Andi seems hesitant to share anything with Lang that could result in her getting shot, Lang just wants advice on how to handle Sophia. Andi asks about Gigi and they spiral into a discussion about why Harry and Luciano are having such a hard time keeping people in the south. Andi asks Lang how she can be useful to them without overstepping, but Lang thinks they'll come to their senses and she's not in harm's way regardless. They cook up a Cypress Christmas with hopes that it's awkward and scary. Other members are afraid to die because they want to come to the North and weren't picked. Lang wants a funeral planned, Andi agrees. Lang tells Andi she's welcome to come hang out or spend time in the North.

Saab is doing sanitation with the North, Lang calls Sophia up to the roof to chat. Sophia mentioned the banging noise, so they move inside to continue their chat. Sophia says that Lang isn't her second choice, she just wanted to stand on business with Luciano about demoting Harry. Sophia says she's ready for a change, clarifying that she's over being clean as well. Lang welcomes her to the North, and calls Saab to give her the rundown of the warehouse.

Lang meets with Tony to discuss Octo and why Tony spotlighted the issue. Tony knows that he messed things up, but he knows Octo doesn't want to be around without Tony. Tony tried to take some money because he's broke, Luciano and him had a touching moment, and he was allowed to take 250k before he left. Tony thinks Harry hates him, Lang thinks Harry hates him, too. Lang asks Tony about where he wants to be in the structure, Lang lets him remain a Don, as long as he let's Lang captain the ship. Lang shows Tony the warehouse, Larry and Tony are happy to see each other.

-
Lang adds Tony and Sophia to the panel, and Lang takes Tony to get keys cut. Tony thinks Donnie died because he wasn't chosen, Lang is surprised since they weren't that close. Lang pulls Martin aside to remind him to keep getting people involved, including Sophia. Martin asks about Tony's role, Lang says that he remains a Don, but Lang will have final say. Lang calls Saab to say similar things, he wants people meshing and building chemistry, adding that he's surprised to be building something with Saab again. Lang's final call is to Clark, reminding him that today will be his last day of sticking his nose in the southerners business. Clark believes in Cypress, and knows Lang isn't comfortable experiencing happiness with his northern crew.

Lang wishes him luck, and heads to bed.
