11/28/2024 Kick Recap - "Page In A Book"
Lang wakes up before storm and does some organizing in the Forge. He decides to drop off some washed cash at Tequilala, and ends up in a shoot out with the locals. Returning to the Forge, he moves some walls around to define some rooms and returns after storm.
Gigi Meeting
Lang contacts Luciano and Gigi to have a chat, they agree to meet at the top of the big Cypress building. Gigi begins the meeting discussing parameters of North and South Cypress. Gigi seems to understand and questions how operations are being handled, but Lang clarifies that everything that was originally Cypress, remains with the South. Lang remembers that he almost transferred the butcoin farm to Saab, and tries to transfer it to Luciano, but it's still tax locked. Luciano thinks they have 5ish million in total cash, Luciano offers to send them butcoin, but Lang doesn't mind building a new farm. Gigi asks directly if she can do jobs with whoever she wants, Lang and Luciano both agree. Lang thinks that everything has been good so far, Gigi is surprised things aren't burning down. Gigi asks about Donnie, and they all agree Donnie was done months ago, of his own choice. Sakura was blooded out yesterday, and Lang is happy that this plot has shaken out the rats. Gigi asks about ranks and respect between North and South, Lang and Luciano agree that the Dons are the only people who can make a rare request of the members of their respective crews. Buy ins, treasonists, and blood outs will all be discussed between both the North and South, as well. Gigi received a text from the EMS who had Coco, confirming that he's still alive. Lang and Luciano discuss how to handle the previously blooded out members, ultimately deciding that they shouldn't be hanging out. Gigi has a storage of a few of Lang's guns, they tell her to toss them. Luciano asks Gigi for her respect and direct notice on opinions, Gigi agrees.
Luciano pulls Lang aside to check in about the meeting, clarifying that he's on top of Queenie and Vito about their unease with the new situation. Lang thinks it was good for him to be direct with Gigi, and hopes that gave her the chance to let her feelings out. Martin calls to check in, asking about Gigi's feelings and if Hank can deposit money through the north, but they don't have a system in place.
Lang meets with Andi on the rooftops, she returns his Survival painting and asks for his opinion on the EU Survival time. Lang is reminded that he has a slot in the next season, and they both think it would bring them back together. Lang tells her they just spoke to Gigi, Andi was hoping she would stand on business more, but Lang thinks she held back in Gigi's fashion.
Lang and Martin convert some materials and discuss who might be around today. Lang presents the issue of hanging out with blooded out members, Martin tells Lang that all 404 still hangs out together. Lang spirals a bit, calling Luciano to discuss it. Luciano agrees that everyone needs a talking to, Lang checks with Martin and is worried that CJ might take it too harshly, but understands. Lang doesn't want to kill the vibes, but he might have to. They prep to do a Fleeca with the people they have around, Lang calls Sophia and Liya to join them.
Lang calls Shlome to sell him some car parts, he arrives with stage 4 of everything but tires. He meets Martin at Mosley's to get the Penguinmobile upgraded, and they test drive it around. Martin thinks the tires are the most important part, and compares upgrading this car to upgrading a potato. Flippy calls to meet, Lang and Martin pop over to chat about the event that Hydra had last night. Flippy hands Lang a grapple gun as a participation prize, and tells the story about how they dropped 3 crates but nobody went for the third one. Martin is concerned with how they look in the Penguinmobile. Liya calls to say she bought a property, and it has a farm inside. Lang wants to check it out later.
