Lang meets up with Larry and Bubbles to discuss what happened, Larry retells the story poorly. Lang suggests pulling up on their block, so they spin around Mirror Park to check. Larry doesn't really know much about the GAG, they investigate the property.
Lang asks Larry how he's feeling after yesterday, Bubbles says they got into an hour long chase after they tried to kidnap the mayor's wife during a boost. Lang is worried that everyone is away on holiday already, so they try to find things to do. Andi calls Lang and updates him on her tarot card reading. She took the reading a little seriously and it stirred up some suspicion within her, so she crashed out in the forest. Lang asks about the drama, but Andi doesn't really want to detail it. Lang offers for her to come hang out, and then calls Ilya to get the tea.
Ilya doesn't know of any drama, but he asks to see if they can compare what they both know. Lang tells him that Andi is suspicious of things, but that's all. Octo is chatting with Larry and Bubbles, Lang approaches to greet them, but notices they are talking about the 300k Larry owes for the bodega. Lang wants Larry to pay Octo, but Larry only has 50k. Lang encourages them to get in with Octo, so they can go to the bank. Larry tries to banter his way out of it, and Octo tries to politely tell him that out of respect for their relationship, he's being nice.
They stop by Pink Cage and Larry pays Octo the 50k, and promises to do 50k a week. Larry jokes around about the Shaitan, Lang doesn't want to get into it again. They grab a Fleeca card and a hostage and head back to Pink Cage to do the heist. Lang scuffs the hacks a few times, but they eventually break into the back. Larry gets Osvaldo as a hostage, and they make small talk during the delays, Osvaldo reminds Lang that Chatterbox wants him dead. Lang and Bubbles rob the back and they drop the inked bills back at the Forge.
Saab wakes up and they bring him to the Tuner shop, Lang wants to get them a Christmas present and suggests buying a 4 seater. Martin radios that he's around, they don't want to tell Martin they're spending money on a car. Lang considers getting a Karuma, so he grabs the cash from the Forge and Martin catches up with them. Martin suggests getting a different car, but Lang set in the decision. Larry suggests getting a car, but they get mad at him for owing Octo money still. Martin helps sell Lang the car, and strips the RSX while they wait. Kitty calls to get help with her engine, Lang defers her to Martin.
Queenie calls to chat with Lang, so she pulls up to the Tuner. Queenie recently killed a Mime, and Chatterbox and the clowns went down for the job. The Clowns demanded someone in return and the requested Lang, so Lang tells her about his beef with Chatterbox. Queenie mentions that the tension that she's had with Lang has been obvious, but she's not interested in taking him for the deal. Lang tells her about his history with Chatterbox, his disdain for giving up his life for love, and their deep rooted conflict from the Rooster's Rest.
Gigi calls Lang to invite him to a fighter event in Cypress, but they're still waiting for the car stuff to be sorted. Lang's new Karuma gets delivered, they stop by the apartments to pick it up. Lang tries to gather up slick tires for the new car, Martin swaps the engine but it sees a minor change in rating. Lang is disappointed, but he puts on a silly green livery to better his mood. Martin doesn't like it, but applies it anyways. Lang calls Marlo for the tire, but Ray wants to speak to Lang for a deal. Lang makes a deal with Ray for the slick, in trade for some oxy.
