Hades High Command Meeting

Attendees: Ray, Benji, Reggie, Marlo, Mona, Lance, Jayden, Tictac, Louis

Benji wakes up and everyone moves to the top of a building in Vespucci
Ray informs Benji that he wants to evaluate every associate and member, he brings up JT as an example of concern because he gave up on doing GPUs
He also explains that he wants Tony to be promoted to a member, and that he will be working under Nino so Hades should support him for the mayoral election
Benji and Ray briefly talk one-on-one about Valdez. Benji is concerned that he is too "logical."
Also, Ray and Benji discussed making an official hangaround rank below associates.
Ray elaborates that hangarounds will go through a hangaround process/phase and then can become an associate who is recognized as Hades. Additionally, hangarounds will not be protected like an associate would be. Possible hangarounds: Johnny, Bape, Kayn

Intermission for Valdez talk with Benji: Benji meets with Valdez to talk about him joining Hades. Valdez clarifies that he didn't want to join the company, but doesn't have negative feelings towards Hades. Valdez assures Benji that he left Rust for a reason and would not join if he wanted to experience an environment like Rust again. Benji cuts him off and tells him that he's going to talk to Ray and then let him know their decision (will mostly likely let him join, probably as an associate).
