January 21st, 2025 - RECAP – “Benji Ramos – NoPixel 4.0(SPAM FRIENDLY CHAT COME SPAM)”

-Benji wakes up in his apartment, headphones buzzing with music, and proudly repping $MG. He sets off on his morning run toward the Abyss. During his jog, Marlo calls to discuss a video and text from the previous night. Marlo updates Benji about Reggie’s frustration with how the situation was handled. In true Benji fashion, he jokes about the issue and doesn’t take it too seriously.

Fleeca Bank Heist
-Louis invites Benji to join a Fleeca job with the crew, consisting of Benji, Valdez, Louis, Sauce, Jayden, and Lance. As they prepare for the job, Perez calls Benji to mention Reggie’s anger and to warn him about the drama. Benji dismisses it, teasing Perez and KJ for playing the video at the cinema. He tells Perez they’ll discuss it later.
-During the heist, Jayden reveals that Reggie removed him from the Paleto house panel. In high spirits, Benji jokes, “Maybe because you’re a rat! Hahaha.” The heist progresses smoothly, with Benji keeping the mood light. Jayden lets Sauce handle the thermite for the vault—a successful attempt that yields ink bags and a purple card for Paleto. Tictac calls to confirm plans to hang out after the heist.
-No police show up, and the crew drives to the Abyss to secure the loot. At the Abyss, Benji meets up with Tictac. Tictac ends up in a fistfight with Sauce. The boys tease him, deducing he’s trying to impress the new pusher, Jacy.

First Call with Perez
-Perez updates Benji about the drama surrounding the recording of Gene’s blood-out. He recounts his phone call with Reggie and how he told Reggie to “sit down,” which made Benji chuckle at the underbosses’ cluelessness. Benji then calls KJ for his side of the story. KJ rants about Reggie, and Benji invites him to the Lifeguard Tower for a full debrief.

Benji and Tictac’s Conversation

-Benji starts by teasing Tictac about pursuing Jacy, which Tictac adamantly denies, insisting that it’s not the case. Undeterred, Benji exaggerates his compliments toward Tictac, who secretly enjoys the attention “Unc” is giving him. Switching gears, Benji hints at needing Tictac for a top-secret $MG job. Amused but intrigued, Tictac makes a passing comment about Lance and Louis. Sensing an opportunity, Benji presses further, skillfully stirring the conversation to uncover the root of Tictac’s frustrations—and it works.
-Tictac finally opens up, explaining why he’s upset with Lance and Louis. He recounts how, months ago, Lance started hanging out with Kookie. Tictac had specifically asked Lance not to mix gang life with his past private life and relationships, particularly with his ex, Kookie. -However, from Tictac’s perspective, Lance ignored his request, continuing to spend time with her and seemingly trying to bring her closer to the gang, potentially even dating her. This disregard left Tictac feeling like he couldn’t trust Lance to have his back.
-As for his issue with Louis, it also ties back to Kookie. Tictac is frustrated that Louis didn’t object or intervene when Lance was attempting to bring Kookie closer to Hades. To Tictac, this felt like a betrayal, especially since Tictac had previously supported Louis in keeping Issa, Louis’s ex-girlfriend, away from the gang. He believes Louis had the power to veto Lance’s actions or intentions but chose not to.
-Benji listens carefully and tries to ease Tictac’s frustration. He advises him not to hold onto those feelings and to address such issues directly in the future to prevent them from growing into bigger problems.

Lifeguard Tower Conversation with KJ and Perez

-Benji meets with KJ and Perez at the Lifeguard Tower in Vespucci to discuss the ongoing issues. He begins by bringing up Tictac’s grievances with Lance and Louis over Kookie. The conversation shifts to reminiscing about how things used to be and the current lack of understanding regarding each other’s boundaries. Benji asks KJ if they should address the matter with Lance and Louis directly, and KJ agrees. Benji then calls both Lance and Louis to meet and resolve the issue.

Louis Conversation

-Louis arrives first for the meeting. Benji explains that Tictac has an issue with him, specifically feeling that Louis didn’t have his back when Lance was attempting to bring Kookie closer to the gang and possibly recruit her. Louis appears blindsided, denying any involvement in supporting Kookie’s recruitment for Hades. Benji suggests that if Louis truly had no part in it, he should clarify the situation with Tictac, as Tictac feels otherwise and perceives a lack of support.

Lance Conversation
-When Lance arrives, Benji starts by asking if Tictac ever expressed discomfort about him hanging out with Kookie. Lance admits that Tictac made passive-aggressive comments at the time but insists he repeatedly told Tictac that he wasn’t trying to pursue Kookie romantically. Lance believes that Kookie being Tictac’s ex isn’t a valid reason for him not to spend time with her.

-Benji acknowledges Lance’s point, teasing him about his "playboy" reputation and joking about people misinterpreting his tone or assuming he’s flirting with every woman he interacts with. Lance responds with general comments about insecurity and confidence, which are clearly directed at Tictac. Benji finds the moment amusing and throws in more jokes about Lance being a "player from Florida."

-To wrap up, Benji reminds Lance that the goal of the conversation is to ensure that all the boys have each other’s backs. Lance questions why his social interactions should make others feel like he’s not supportive, and Benji agrees with that sentiment.

Back to KJ and Perez
-After the individual conversations, Benji resumes his talk with KJ and Perez. He sternly addresses their decision to let people view the video at the cinema, questioning what they were thinking. Perez explains what happened on the roof of the Abyss and describes the argument they had with Reggie.
-KJ jumps in, venting his frustration toward Reggie. He recounts how Reggie yelled at them, but when KJ tried to speak, Reggie walked away, leaving KJ feeling disrespected. KJ insists that if Reggie expects him to listen, then Reggie should reciprocate when it’s KJ’s turn to speak. This lack of mutual respect is KJ’s main issue with Reggie.

-Perez then elaborates on a phone call he had with Reggie after the rooftop incident. During the call, Perez told Reggie to “sit down” after Reggie mentioned potentially blooding out Marlo. Perez clarifies that he didn’t mean it in a disrespectful way and later apologized during a meeting in Sandy Shores, but Reggie ignored him entirely, further frustrating Perez.

-Benji tries to mediate, helping KJ and Perez understand Reggie’s perspective and why he was upset. While they acknowledge Benji’s points, they remain bothered by what they perceive as Reggie’s "all-mighty" attitude and his unwillingness to acknowledge their concerns.

Wrapping Up
-KJ tells Benji that he’s fine with whatever decision Benji makes regarding the situation. However, Benji decides the issue will likely resolve itself and doesn’t see the need for further involvement unless the situation escalates. He assures them that if another meeting is necessary, he’ll let them know.

Call with Shang

-Benji calls Shang to clarify the shootout at ADMC’s block involving Fisher and JJ. He assures Shang that neither individual is part of Hades and gives the green light to handle them as they see fit. Benji then shares intel that Gene and Tallie were still in contact after Gene’s blood-out. He speculates that Tallie might be trying to impress another gang, the Tripas, and questions her loyalty to ADMC.
Rico and Aries Divorce
-Benji learns that Aries divorced Rico because of alleged cheating with a woman named Maria. Rico denies knowing anyone by that name, but Benji and Ray mock him, expressing disbelief and disappointment. They jokingly remind Rico that hood weddings aren’t supposed to end in divorce.
Boosting Time (with Jayden, Reggie, Ray, and Kit)
-Boosting with the boys goes off without a hitch. Reggie avoids bringing up his issues with Perez and KJ, which amuses Benji, who silently laughs at how the underbosses act like children, unable to resolve their conflicts independently. The crew completes six boosts in total, with one highlight being Benji making a dramatic getaway in a van. The overall vibe is light and positive, offering everyone a much-needed moment to decompress.
-Ray spends most of the time joking around with Kit, while Jayden, Reggie, and Benji share occasional small talk from the other car. The mood remains upbeat until they finish their boosts and find themselves locked out of additional opportunities for the night.

Wrapping Up the Day: After boosting, Benji heads to the Abyss and calls Marlo to help fix his car. They drive to Mosley's, where Benji gets the vehicle repaired and decides to change its color. While there, Gabby messages him to announce that it’s Squirrel Appreciation Day. With a smirk, Benji suggests she call Perez, knowing it’s his signature "brand." Gabby follows through, much to Benji’s amusement.
Benji spends some time hanging out with Marlo and Perez before eventually calling it a night. True to his laid-back style, he heads to the beach, where he falls asleep under the stars.
