1/29/2025 Kick Recap - "Watch Your Mouth"
Lang sets up the water tower as his new hang out. Arush calls to offer condolences for Ilya and inform Lang that he blooded out Santana. Arush continues to say that he respects Lang's choice to put Cypress and their ideals first. Larry messages Lang to come to the auction being held in Sandy, so Lang heads over. Martin tells them that every 28th of the month, properties that don't pay their fees get put up for repo purchase.
Lang drives back into town to join the North for a jewelry store heist. They follow the GPS signal to a bank trunk that they successfully hit, taking everything to the fence to sell. They return to Cypress, Lang calls Martin up to have a meeting on the water tower. Clark told Martin that the police found Ilya's body in the water, Lang asks if they should have a funeral. Martin thinks they should, and should invite the South to help ease whatever tension is going on. Lang has Martin gather up supplies for the jailbreak, Martin calls 4Head to get some class 2s. Lang builds the crew list and decides against using outside members for the job.
Lang and Martin join the rest of the North who are currently hitting a Fleeca. Lang banters with the cops, Officer Peach makes fun of his depression, Larry tries to push Lang by claiming he killed the hostage. They flee from the cops, Lang assist a few times until they escape. Lang and Larry chat about the funeral, Larry tries to shake Lang out of his depression and offers to give a great speech. They split off to set it up, but Lang wants to have a talk with Cassie so they head to jail. They think it would be more private to be in prison, so they plan on getting sent up.
Cuddles calls to meet about a business opportunity, Lang meets with her and Luciano to discuss their 'Watch Your Mouth' business. Cuddles offers to get something made for Lang, so Lang wants to get a North exclusive ring done for all his members. Cuddles asks if he has any descriptors in mind, but he's not sure yet, so he'll call back with some more ideas. Lang leaves and gets a gas can filled up, and then pours it all over a cop car. The cops arrest him, CJ tries to fight them and gets caught, too.
Lang gets sent up to jail with CJ, they meet with Cassie to chat about the jailbreak. Cassie tells them that she included Ursula because she changed Cassie's DNA on file and was already helping set up for the plan. Other than Ursula, nobody else is aware or has any idea, so Lang considers trusting her for the job. Cassie recaps what she knows of the jailbreak hacks and procedure, showing them around the prison. Lang tells Cassie a few ideas he has, but they agree they'll need to be able to freestyle the plan if things change. Cassie thanks them and leaves, Lang tells CJ that they might have to kill Ursula at the end of it all. Lang doesn't want to bring Clark on the job anymore, so he's considering keeping it North only.
Lang calls Martin to tell him the update on the plan, Martin thinks they need another hacker since it's a lot of work. Lang tells Martin about Ursula, he agrees to kill her after. Lang chats with some people in visitation and gets invited to a wedding (4PM EST), and then runs into Tony who is happens to be in jail for shooting someone. Tony and Lang banter about the racing scene, Tony appreciates his time re-building his crew and being busy in the city. Tony tells them about an event next week where the racers are meant to find apprentices and help coach them in an event for a free upgraded Tuner car. Tony wants to chat more, but they prefer to do it in private, so Lang offers for him to call when they're both out of jail.
