The Art of Stirring
Benji wakes up to an angry Ray, after Reggie presses Marlo about the reason behind him giving Fiona the shotgun and why he didn’t follow Benji’s orders at the behest of Benji (Ray was unaware). After Reggie presses Marlo, Marlo decides to step down as LT and be a member. Benji has to smooth things over with Ray and lets him know that he gave Reggie the task of “go ham with it” when pressing and stirring Marlo. Benji clarifies that the tasks were given before he decided to change the vibe that the gang should operate more like a family. Benji is happy with Reggie and what he accomplished in regards to Marlo. Benji tells Ray that he likes Marlo, but he does not like the political games Marlo plays within the gang and wants it to end. Marlo seems down about stepping down as LT, but Benji thinks Marlo is playing the political game to gain more favor within the gang.
Reggie later gets out stirred by Kit, (she tells Ray that Reggie was boasting about stirring Marlo which infuriates Ray). Benji hears from Ray about the situation and talks to Reggie asking him to not play into it and to play it smart. Unfortunately, Reggie gets called to the roof by Kit, Perez, and Ray gets into again the three of them, and leaves the roof angry. Benji again has to talk to Reggie and tells him that Kit would always win with Ray because she is dating a boss and they can’t blood her out for stirring so Reggie needs to up his game.
Benji explains to Reggie that he likes Marlo but they need to “fix” him to end the political gaming within the gang.
The Floppy Disc Mystery/ Search Continues
Another day of grid searching continues of the elusive Floppy Disc mystery. Marlo calls up the group to let everyone know he can see a keypad at the back of the building he hasn’t seen before. After further investigation, Benji and the group realize they can’t see all possible options for where the floppy could go because they are not on an HQ. After getting onto an HQ again they realize that the keypad Marlo found is part of the puzzle already completed for the Maze Bank heist. Benji continues to grid search with Reggie the rest of the day looking for things that could have been missed in previous days. Theories about where the floppy disc could be used are abundant, but no one is closer to solving the mystery.
Benji Ramos and Ray Dio of Hades deal with internal conflicts regarding loyalty and hierarchy. Ray is initially angered by Reggie's handling of Marlo Stanfield, as Reggie seemingly defied Benji's orders in stirring Marlo. Benji clarifies that he instructed Reggie to 'go ham' before deciding to shift the gang's culture towards a more familial one. Benji expresses his disapproval of Marlo's political maneuvering within Hades. Later, Kit further exacerbates tensions by informing Ray that Reggie boasted about stirring Marlo. Benji advises Reggie to navigate these situations strategically, recognizing Kit's advantage due to her relationship with a boss and the impossibility of blooding her out. Benji reiterates his desire to 'fix' Marlo to eliminate political games within the gang. Meanwhile, Benji and Reggie continue their search for the elusive Floppy Disc, investigating a keypad discovered by Marlo. They realize they need to be on an HQ to see all the keypad options, and that the keypad is from the Maze Bank heist puzzle.
