**Food Is a Must: **
Benji woke up starving. Thankfully he received a call from Dora as soon as he twatted and was picked up by Dora and friends. While at Slime Shack Dora asked about laptops and where to find them. Reggie showed up and forcibly put Benji in the car to take him to the meeting that Benji was an hour late to.

**Hades High Command Meeting: **
The meeting started with Benji not being locked in while listening to the Underbosses and Lieutenants discuss the ranks of associates, their validity within the gang, and how the process of promoting could be better improved. After some time, Benji steps in and discusses the inherent issue that the gang is having. Benji discussed feeling a need for people to be removed from Hades after some time with no progress, and that the wait-around time to become a member is not clear and takes too long without set goals or expectations. Later it is also discussed that members need to be pulled in more for decision-making and progress within Hades to give them a feeling of purpose and belonging.

Benji decides the easiest route for transparency for not only potential members of Hades but also for the gang is to separate people based on their skill set into separate paths, (a path for those not active, more civilian, or not meeting the gang-gang vibe but are still wanted to be part of Hades), and a path for those that fit the more traditional gang member role.

Details on the roles and their expectations were laid out by Benji (Benji mentioned that Ray may disagree with the choices Benji made and in that event, it would be discussed more). In addition, the vibes of the gang were briefly discussed. Benji feels that with Marlo gone the majority of the stirring and people aiming to get others out of the gang will be non-existent. An emphasis was made that Underbosses and Lieutenants should be recruiting people so that the gang won’t have to worry about betraying the bosses/ gang.
For the time being all Hades’ assets are removed from the High Stakes house and the inactive member's access to Hades panels is removed until they come back, and a vote commences on whether they stay or are kicked.

Cargo was also briefly mentioned. Louis was excited to start cargo again and discussed what was needed in preparation for the job. Perez asked that only Lucian’s doctor supplies be taken on cargo, otherwise, it is not to be used as that is what has led to KJ and the Abyss being investigated by the police department.

The Small Stuff:
The new puzzle that the city is currently working on has made Benji finally learn how to play Minesweeper properly.

Change in New Rank Breakdown: (this may change depending on Ray when he is back in the city)
Hang-around- Can not rep Hades, pays no taxes, has no backing from the gang if they get into an altercation with another gang. 1-month trial period before being promoted to either Associate Path, Prospect Path, or kicked.
Associate- Can rep Hades (armband), will be backed by Hades, no review time (can be made inactive), lower taxes (10K was mentioned), not expected to be a traditional gang member and be able to hold down turf

Prospect- Can rep Hades (armband and flag- flag was mentioned but not clarified), be backed by Hades, 2–3-month trial period before being promoted to Member or kicked. Higher taxes (20k was discussed but no firm answer). Expected to be a traditional gang member and be able to hold turf and press.
Member- No changes to rep, taxes, or status within Hades. To become a member, you must now have a majority vote from current active members and a unanimous vote from Lieutenants, Underbosses, and Bosses. If the vote is “No” a valid reason must be given, or the vote will be thrown out.
