2/25/2025 - Kick Recap "Dog Eat Dog World"

Lang and CJ make small talk about the North never listening to him. He thinks that CJ will be friends with Marlo again, and he only told Saab to shoot Marlo as a joke. CJ tells Lang about what happened to her and Cassie, she left her on the beach and hasn't seen her since. Larry and Hank don't have any weed, Lang gets distracted and stops by the food court to get food. He notices Frank's is back open under new management, and gets food there. On the way out, he encounters Officer McNulty and Officer Tortuga (Zetark cop).

Lang returns to Cypress and calls Saab to the nest for a meeting. While he wants, he calls Arush and they both discuss frustrations with the Besties and the cops. Lang reflects on having the PD in his pocket, back in the day. Lang tells Arush of his plan to have the cops come to a mag deal with 4Head, but Arush doesn't think it's a good idea. Arush is shooting the cops on sight, and would rather speak to Nino about time and fines because it's getting crazy - Lang agrees that the DOJ is a little crazy right now. Saab tells Lang about a few incidents they had, Lang yells at him for not thinking ahead. Lang threatens Saab for going into the Rooster's Rest, telling him to never do it again.

Lang goes to meet Arush for a deal, giving him 350k. Lang issues Larry to get some mags and ammo, and notices there's a bunch of money missing from his office crate. Lang calls around looking for it, becoming suspicions of Sofia after CJ reads him a cryptic text she got last night. Lang calls Sofia, she moved the money into a new box and texted Lang the code. He tells Saab that he almost killed Sofia, Saab is glad Lang found the money. Tony calls to see if Lang has been working on the Ron Oil heist, since he's been following Marlo as he works on it. Lang threatens to kill Marlo when he sees him, and Tony brushes it off.

The North groups up for a Fleeca, Tony joins them. Lang successfully hacks the door, and CJ hacks the back. They yell at Officer Peach and her brother for a little, and then flee the bank. Tony cooks for a while until they flip the vehicle begin sanitation, requiring split swaps from Bubbles and Skipper. Lang and Skipper escape the cops, pick up CJ, and somehow get chased again. After evading the cops in the canals and the tunnels, they return to Cypress and put everything away. Lang runs into Hank and Carlos outside, Tony calls the North to the kitchen for a chat. Larry calls to check in, claiming he can get mags from MacGregor, and the ammo connect should be available tomorrow.

Tony was privately contacted by an external organization called The Brokers, who are giving him a mission over the next few days. The mission will be loot based on the money exchanged for the job, and they can't kill anyone on the mission. Lang pulls Saab aside to figure out the weed situation, but Saab gets contacted by someone for a sale. Tony was called by The Brokers for their mission, and Zero calls to have a meeting with the Lumber Company. Lang tells Hank and Carlos to get working on things that aren't pushing weed, the rest of them head to meet The Brokers for the mission.

The Brokers issue them a mission to meet some bikers, charm them into working together, and then using a fishing boat as an escape. As they leave, Saab wants them to head to his exchange. Lang is frustrated with Saab, reflecting on almost killing him back in the day. Saab puts 50k rolled in the trunk, Lang thinks he's not getting pinged to the second location. Tony spends the time on the road planning out the mission, and their disguises. They get pinged back to the ammo, Lang kicks the explosive canisters for Avon. Tony takes everyone to the hospital, they chat about british cuisine.

Everyone gets changed after getting back on their feet. Tony drops Saab, Lang, and Skipper by the boats. They head over to the fishing docks where they encounter the men from the mission. They make small talk with the men, eventually convincing one of them to join them on the boat while they go get some beer. While they're discussing things with the men, Tony and Bubbles loot their vehicles and grab all the gear. Eventually being cleared to leave, Lang and Skipper meet the rest of the boys at the Forge. Jay Hobbs calls, Lang teases him for being in a new gang, but Jay wants to make his own. Jay offers mags, since he's a middle man now. Lang offers Jay to come work for him, but Jay wants to work with his crew. Lang doesn't know who any of the people are, and doesn't want Jay to call unless he has information on the Besties.

Tony breaks down the loot: deagles, money, and car parts. They have to go meet the Brokers again to finalize things, so Lang gets changed to join them. Tony tells the Brokers that they're happy to make deals going forward, and they are happy with the work North Cypress did. Tony drops everyone back in Cypress, Lang heads to meet the Lumber Company. Lang stops by Larry and his cousins at Blarney's, Larry can't stop laughing at Lang's baldness.

Lang eventually meets with Zero and the Lumber Company, they are planning on building a basketball court in the warehouse. Zero shoes Lang the shotguns they have, the ammo, and the rifles they have access to. Lang puts in a huge request for multiple shotguns and tons of mags, they math it out to be 1.5m. Lang returns to Cypress and gets a call from Edgar's cousin Benny, but is quickly interrupted by a cop arriving in Cypress. Lang shoots the cop down, and flees, telling everyone to run.

Lang calls Benny back, Benny is surprised that CJ is more afraid of Lang than Norman Bones. Benny tells Lang that his impression of Lang is that he's a powerful man, but without his help he can't do what needs to be done. He then quotes Lil Wayne, calling Lang an alien, but Lang claims that he has his papers. Lang calls Saab to check on the Blarney's situation, noticing more police presence in Cypress, but Saab has it handled.

Lang heads to bed.
