March 25th, 2025 – RECAP - “Benji Ramos – NoPixel 4.0”

Benji’s Day in the City
• Benji wakes up in his apartment and starts his usual morning jog to the Abyss, blasting music to get into the right mindset. Before he sets off, Carmine meets him outside, with Reggie also pulling up to pick him up. As Benji and Carmine exchange banter and reminisce about past encounters, Benji challenges Carmine to make it his mission to arrest him today. They agree on a set of terms no matter what tactics Carmine uses, Benji won’t report him.
• Reggie hands Benji a book containing intel on an upcoming counter-heist that the Clowns are planning to execute on the 27th. Benji is intrigued and thinks it could be fun, though he acknowledges that the timing is early for him. Still, in typical Benji fashion, he convinces himself that he might be awake for it (KEKW).
• Benji and Reggie then head to pick up an order of 70 magazines from Victor. While Reggie handles the transaction, Benji makes casual conversation with Victor, who mentions that he works for Brandon Valentino. Benji seizes the opportunity to joke about Brandon’s past, but Victor remains composed and instead compliments Brandon. As Reggie loads the mags into the truck and secures the payment, he asks Benji to take care of the remaining balance. Benji contemplates skimming some money off the top, but Victor is keeping a close eye on the total amount, making it impossible for Benji to pull off any sneaky business.
• Feeling restless, Benji and Reggie drive around the city, looking for something to do. Out of nowhere, Benji spots a random person outside Senior Buns (Marissa) and, for no particular reason, decides to take her hostage even though he doesn’t have a specific plan in mind. He drives to a convenience store, only to find that it has already been hit. Determined to make something happen, he continues roaming the city in search of a target.

• Since Benji woke up late, he goes into full unhinged mode, randomly G-checking civilians and robbing people all over the city just for the thrill of it.
• Jayden then asks if anyone is available to help with a money run. Benji, eager for action, volunteers immediately. He drops Marissa off and heads over to meet the crew.
• After the money run, Benji sets up a meeting at the Abyss with someone he had robbed earlier in the day, who now wants to have a conversation with him. The person in question, Chuck Danger, arrives and reveals that he has been meaning to meet with Benji for some time. Chuck explains that he can legally produce moonshine at the Court Center, as it is private property and outside the jurisdiction of law enforcement.
• Shortly after, Chatterbox calls Benji with an urgent warning about the mines and their sinister plan to infect different gangs with the plague. They discuss how Chatterbox himself got sick and the broader strategy the mines are using to target the Clowns. In the midst of this, Benji gets a mischievous idea infecting Tony with the plague. However, Tony is not on board with the plan and quickly pays Benji $25,000 to make sure he doesn’t go through with it.
• As the day winds down, Benji spends time driving around with the boys and Gabby, exchanging jokes and making fun of each other. The vibe is lighthearted, and it’s clear that Benji is genuinely enjoying simply hanging out. Later, Emmy and Winter join in, and the group continues to mess around, just like in the old days. The feeling of family is back, and they savor the moment as they drive around the city until Tsunami hits. With that, Benji calls it a night and heads to sleep.
