3/26/2025 Kick Recap - "Survival Episode 3: Party Wipe"

Lang runs over Zeek at the apartments, but reverses to check if he's maintaining his accent - he is. Lang meets with CJ at the nest and talks about trying to reach Sofia. CJ heard that Tony knows what happened, so Lang thinks everyone in the city knows now. CJ discusses that she was getting texts from people claiming that she was 'talking shit with Gigi' about them, but she has no idea what they're talking about. Lang considers who would prank her with that, but thinks Arush knows about what happened in the North, so he calls to make an extreme ammo order. They chat about when Clark is back (monday they think), and how good of a fit Zeek was for Underboss.

CJ calls Saab and Skipper up to the water tower where they all discuss the plan to operate as usual until Lang is out of Survival. Skipper says that he told Tony, because as a Don he thought he should know, but Lang reminds them that Tony might make a mess of things. Skipper apologizes, Lang reminds everyone that if the South finds out about this, he'll be held accountable even more for the past decisions he's made. Sofia calls, Lang asks her to meet at Fort Zancudo to chat. Skipper and Saab go to work, Lang reminds them that Saab's opinion doesn't matter.

Sofia tells Lang and CJ her perspective, she didn't hear the mention of ocean dumping, but she found Larry incredibly disrespectful to an acting Don. She understood from the moment that she texted Lang that she had to fall in line. Lang asks for her opinion and what actions she would take, she isn't happy and understands what must be done. She doesn't agree with Liya mentioning the old 404 resentment, but she also doesn't think Larry should have crashed out on an appointed Don. Lang wants her to lay low until they can handle things, and then joins the players for Survival.

Survival Season 6, Ep 3 (VOD 1:49)

Andi pulls Lang aside to give him an advantage for arriving first today, it's the ability to vote twice in a tribal. Lang runs inside to look for more idols. Andi has been sick, so she's changing the challenges to be only 2 a day for next 3 days. The blue team meets to sit someone out, so they roll for it. Lang loses, but Samad (Sayeed's character) offers to sit out with hopes they would have better chances to win. The challenge is to guess the profession, they are only allowed to ask questions that give yes and no answers. They begin by asking many questions, but figure out that the profession was "Lunch Lady". Andi takes the white team to Tribal and leaves the blue team to look for idols. Lang and Samad chat about alliances, Rambo walks up and joins them, Lang calls it the 'co-worker alliance'. Lang tries to go downstairs, but Andi claims they're still in tribal. Lang is confused that Rambo is up at the camp, but Samad admits to using an advantage to save Rambo from the tribal.

Andi mixes up the members of the tribes, Lang is still with Vicki. On the way to the next challenge, Lang tells Samad that they should aim to get Ribeye out. The next challenge is a blind communications maze run, Lang pairs with Penny. Lang can't hear Penny as he gets deeper into the maze, so they lose. Lang runs around at the camp trying to strategize, Samad has no idea what's going on, Penny uses MMO lingo to explain what she's thinking. Lang hopes that he can trust Vicki to remain his ally, they head to the Tribal.

The Tribals pass much quicker now that there is only 4 on the team, Lang votes for white dress (Lenore). ||Lenore is voted out 3-1 (Vicki), she yells at them for voting for her, and she admits to voting for Lang previously.|| Lang returns to camp as the other team learns who got eliminated. Lang pulls Vicki aside to confirm that they're targeting Ribeye. Andi announces a merge since there are only 7 members left, Samad jogs to the next game with Lang to understand the game a bit more. The next challenge is about 'reading people', they have to answer in majority.

-
Lang's first answer is hotdog, which is in the majority - so he gets a point. They continue through the questions, often getting ties and having to do tie breakers. Lang has an outburst, trying to show the strategy of beating Ribeye so he doesn't get immunity for the next Tribal. Andi reveals that this season there will be a final three, instead of a final two. Lang really tries to guess differently than Ribeye, but everyone yells at him for constantly earning Ribeye points. Ribeye wins immunity, Lang runs off to find more idols.

Lang meets with different players to discuss a voting strategy, Ribeye jokes about being in Lang's head. They tell Lang that Ribeye saved Archie aka Rambo (4Head's character), so he tries to tell Samad about how to spin votes before using an idol. They agree to aim at someone else so that all the votes on Samad get saved by Lang's idol. Andi calls everyone for Tribal, so they grab their torches and head over.

Andi begins by asking questions that were reflective of the ones from the Category game. Samad and Vicki banter about sitting out for different challenges, Andi asks Ribeye how he might build the council to vote for him if he happens to piss them all off, but he answers very politically safe. Lang doesn't think that not knowing any of the players previously was a challenge to him, but Ribeye jokes that he's phased by him. Vicki acts forgetful, and the voting begins. Lang uses his advantage and double votes for Archie. On his way back, Vicki panicks realizing that she didn't stick to the plan because she forgot. Lang tries to check with 'burger shot girl', she's sticking to the plan. Lang is confused, unsure when to use his idol. Andi returns and asks if anyone would like to use an idol, Samad uses his own on himself. Andi announces the use of the advantage, and then reads the votes: ||4 Archie, 3 Vicki, 1 Samad. Archie gets mad and threatens to shank them all, Vicki screams about almost getting voted out, but Lang reminds her to trust him.|| Lang pulls Samad aside to brag about his plan, but Samad claims he has a second idol for the next tribal.

Lang chats with the remaining members about keeping the target on Ribeye, Archie comes by to tell Lang that he won't be voting for him now that he's on the council. Lang leaves with CJ, Hank praises Lang for his strategy and offers the weekly 500 BET, but Lang doesn't want it right now. Lang and CJ catch up about the competition, he responded to Bubbles texts and reads them to CJ, knowing that Bubbles is probably spiraling. After chatting about it for longer, both of them agree that they didn't expect to deal with shooting each other. Lang is happy to remove Larry and Bubbles, but he considers removing Liya, too.

Lang hopes that Martin doesn't prove him right, but he's hopeful that Martin would stay, since he already chose Cypress over Jean Paul. Lang explains the history of Jean Paul and Martin, how close their ties are, and how it relates to his own ties with Avon. When Lang first met Martin, he was a nerdy twirp that he stabbed in the Rooster's Rest. Lang was so satisfied with the way the North was operating, along with the Blarney's event, that he constantly swings back and forth between what he wants to do. He uses Survival as a stalling tactic because he doesn't want to actually make a decision, knowing the outcome. Lang wishes CJ luck and heads to bed.
