3/27/2025 Kick Recap - "Survival Episode 4: Sinister Six"
Lang stops by the food court and makes small talk with a worker who warns him about Chatterbox spreading the plague. Lang runs into a cop outside, who requests to arrest him for his warrant. Lang forgot he shot one of the Knox in front of officers at the Blarney's event. Worried about missing Survival, Lang calls Arush for help and they plan to use his new speed boat. Lang dumps his car and hops in with Arush, they boat around the island and Lang asks Arush if he knows what's going on in North Cypress. Lang speeds through the conflict, hoping to get advice before tsunami rolls in. Arush agrees that it's too late to go back, things will never be the same. tsunami hits
Lang and Arush continue their conversation on the boat. Harry calls Arush to give news about something new, Lang thinks Harry found out, but thinks it might be unrelated. Arush tells Lang that Harry just became the SMG plug, they return to the story. Arush thinks the decision is entirely up to Lang, Lang presses Arush for trying to take the North back (paranoia), but Arush says he wouldn't wait for conflict. Lang and Arush joke about whether Larry can still be an ammo plug, Arush offers help from the South if Lang needs it.
CJ picks up Lang from the docks, she tells Lang about Hank being professional by not wanting the tea. Lang is proud of CJ for not crashing out, she claims it's because she's been through it before, but Lang thinks that people rarely learn from things like this. Lang and CJ join the players and staff, he announces his early arrival out of respect for the people there.
Survival Season 6, Ep 4 (VOD 1:55)
Samad calls Lang out for getting his phone from CJ, but they brush it off. Andi announces that the next tribal will be the last time to use an idol. They are lead into a new room with stacked shipping containers. This challenge is a merry go round game of elimination. Andi will play music until she announces a colour, whoever is standing on that colour gets eliminated. First to 3 wins, wins the immunity. After a few rounds of this, Lang grows frustrated with people cheating or colluding. Ribeye wins the event, and gets immunity for the tribal.
Lang makes small talk with everyone while they wait to vote, agreeing to vote on Samad since it's the last chance for Lang to use his idol. They gather in the Tribal, Samad and Lang argue in front of everyone about Lang's experience being useful. Andi reminds them that the jury of their peers is being built with every person they vote out. Lang and Vicki discuss what Lang might do, he takes a risk by using his idol on Vicki. Andi returns with the votes: ||2 Tina, 1 Penny, 3 Samad. Samad thanks everyone for the experience and wishes them luck. Penny gives Samad a rose that isn't romantic, but he ate the rose in order to honor her.||
Andi leads them to the last challenge of the day, the Survival Shop. They will have a short time to study all the products and the prices of things displayed, and then answer questions on the chalkboard based on what they saw. Lang tries to study as much as he can before the questions begin. Lang gets a few points, but forgets what the clipboards were priced at. After many rounds, people get eliminated until Ribeye wins. Lang walks out in frustration, telling them to vote him out since it'll be easier. Lang walks all the way to the tribal seats and waits, Eve comes by to taunt him for giving up. Ribeye joins Lang and sits with him, Lang tells him that he deserves to win. Vicki pulls Lang aside and tries to sabotage for Lang to stay in, but he refuses. Vicki asks: what would Lebron do? and Lang gives her a decent strategy that might corner them to vote for Tina.
Everyone arrives for tribal, Andi asks a few questions to stir the pot, but everyone is ready to vote. Lang votes for Tina, telling Andi that "sometimes the best way to play the game, is to not play the game at all", and walks back to the seats.
