Lang leaves, expressing his frustration about not getting a single vote. Lang meets with Liya at the dam. Liya immediately starts transferring the Forge and Tony's repair shop to Lang. Lang questions her, confused about why she's acting strange, but she shares her disdain for sending CJ to talk to her while he was busy. Lang tries to tell Liya he didn't send CJ to soften her up, he was busy at Survival. Finally angry enough, Lang tells Liya that she's spiraling and needs to chill out. He's planning on killing Larry and Bubbles right now, that's it. Lang goes to the Forge and finds CJ who thought she was locked inside the warehouse, he can't transfer the properties to her since there is a cooldown, so he gives her keys.

Lang and Liya meet in the meat factory, he calls Saab to pick up Larry and Bubbles and bring them to the meat factory. Larry and Bubbles are being chased by cops, Saab is trying to follow them without being spotted incase they escape. Larry calls and tells Lang that he's not going into the butchery just to get shot, but Lang just wants to talk. Larry and Bubbles walk in, CJ calls claiming she overheard them talking about it at the apartments on the phone, so Lang tells her to start emptying the Forge in case things go bad.

Larry and Bubbles arrive, Lang asks who they spoke to, Larry tells Lang he doesn't need to worry about it. Lang is concerned with how the tone is being set for their conversation, but they begin. Lang gets Larry's radio and tries to get Bubbles to speak on it, but he refuses. Lang pulls out his shotgun, Larry tries to pull his, but Lang shoots Larry down, and then Bubbles. Lang tells whoever's on the radio to not get involved, it's none of their business. He tells Liya to go help CJ with clearing out the warehouse - he's not asking.

Lang drags their bodies together and tells Bubbles that he feels sorry for him the most. Larry tells Lang that he's a delusional old man, and threatens to kill him every chance he gets. Lang calls Saab, who claims they're being shot by people in construction. He tells them to hide and leave, whoever Larry told is fighting North Cypress. Lang steals both of their phones and stashes them in the butchery, he calls 911 on the fight outside. Lang calls the cops on himself, claiming that he shot Larry and Bubbles in the butchery. Carmine calls for Lang to turn himself in, but Lang wants them to come get him. Lang calls Luciano next (finally), informing him that he blooded out Larry and Bubbles, and for him to watch his back.

The cops arrive, Officer Opal tries to get Lang to put the gun down and leave with him. Lang claims to defend himself, but puts the gun on the floor and gets handcuffed. Opal reads him his rights, the other officers gather up Larry and Bubbles. Lang wants to speak in an interrogation room, Opal agrees and walks him out. The cops leave him cuffed in the interrogation room, Opal arrives and questions Lang about the situation and why he wants to speak. Lang tells her that he shot Larry and Bubbles because they were rats who had egos. Lang admits to the murders of Ilya, Tommy, and Cassie. Opal is astonished by the reveal, questioning how why he killed Cassie. Lang claims that nobody was involved in her breakout outside what he stated previously, but she couldn't lay low so he decided to get rid of her. He told Opal that he shot her on a boat and dumped the body in the water. She asks about Ilya next, so Lang explains that he blooded him out properly. Tommy didn't deserve his killing, but at the time Lang felt like it was just. Opal asks if he's haunted by their faces - Lang says everyday. Lang waives his rights for these murders, understanding that the officers don't have to follow the statute of limitations.

Opal leaves and returns with Baeric (now a member of the DOJ), who Lang notices has one arm. He waives his rights in front of this judge as a witness. They cinematically transport Lang to prison, and he heads to bed in his cell.
