5/22/2025 Kick Recap - "Break You Down, Build You Up"
Lang begins his day with a call from Gigi who has the gear to hand over, Lang will arrange a safer exchange. Carmine calls him to come by the office, Lang makes a stop after getting his car. Vill Ager shows Lang to Carmine's office, which is a closet under the stairs. He and Carmine discuss the recorded tape available, and the difference between what Lang claims is on it. Lang thinks Carmine would have more information if he was a better lawyer. Lang tells Carmine to find the tape he's looking for, and then calls Opal. He threatens that he's going to relapse unless they figure out how Ursula found out. Lang returns to Carmine and suggests that Opal might not have been the one that leaked it. Cockington walks in and quickly walks out, Lang pulls out his gun, but Carmine begs him not to have a shoot out in the office. Carmine cracks the upper office window open, Lang calls Saab to bring back up incase something goes down. Carmine helps Lang through the window, and the crew escorts Lang back to Cypress
Lang and Arush catch up about earlier fights, Lang will use the power of god, but Arush jokes that he's actually the devil. Lang and Saab discuss the next event, Dante get's yelled at for dressing up like Deadpool. Lang goes up to his usual roof and gives comms while North and South expect Hydra. Gigi drops off the guns and molotovs at the Forge and heads to bed. Lang make Saab take a hit off whatever's in his glovebox and then returns to the roof to help watch over Blarney's. Lang takes out a few people on Blarney's roof, noticing CJ went down. After the fight, Lang goes to loot Flippy as the cops arrive. He tries to get people to pick up CJ, Clark joins Lang and tries to help, Lang picks ups Zeek and kicks everyone off the radio while they're being chased.
Lang grabs a boat, they juggle drop offs until he grabs Queenie, Zeek, and Yaya. Queenie laughs about how Lang's relentless attitude has become one of her inner voices. They notice how Saab has grown through all the yelling. Jonah has CJ in the sewers, but she's still cuffed. Lang and the group get changed and go pick them up. Lang takes her to the prison to get a DOC guard to uncuff her. After a short wait in visitation, he holds up a guard and forces her to uncuff CJ. CJ thanks them for the help, they laugh about how she says magazine. Jonah is planning Edgar's wedding, they want Lang to officiate it.
They return to Cypress and find another firefight. Lang hides in the grass of the dunes behind the Forge, but he's found and shot a few times. Everyone gets frustrated with Saab's terrible comms, Lang and Zeek bike to a flank and take out a few people. Lang goes down on the bike while Cypress pushes the people on the hills. Skipper loads up the car with bodies and takes them to the hospital, Lang gets back on his feet and regroups with Zeek and Skipper. Lang drives through Cypress and the cops frustrate him, so he decides to get geared and shoot them down. Zeek, Skipper, Yaya, and Zeek prepare to roll back into Cypress, while the Besties drop a cargo crate in Cypress, too.
Harry joins them as they loiter around Cypress baiting either gang or the cops to come to Blarney's, Lang has a hard time twatting an image. Edgar calls and complains that Lang is busy, but Lang is dealing with wars - Lang agrees to meet. They find the cargo crate stuck in an alley behind Blarney's, they wait for it to shift a bit and find Yuno with a random civ. Lang gets frustrated by the cops lingering around, so they try to shoot them, but Lang goes down again. Harry takes Lang and Zeek to the hospital.
