Lang checks in with Jonah and Skipper at the Forge, Saab is back tomorrow, but Jonah is away celebrating something out of city. Lang wants to have meetings to discuss the future of Cypress, Skipper suggests burning it down and running off to the desert. Dante joins them in their chat, Lang laments creating the North and being stuck with them. He calls Arush to catch up, Luciano is around, but Harry is away on vacation. They agree to meet at the usual meeting spot, behind the big Cypress building.

Lang, Arush, and Luciano make fun of each other's outfits. Luciano reminds Lang of the Grand Prix, Lang tells them that Saab died in the explosion. Luci asks about Lang's eye, but he claims he got some sand in it. Luciano discusses his existential crisis after returning, unsure what he wants to do and where he wants to be. Lang suggests killing Cypress once and for all, Arush refuses. Arush elaborates that he doesn't want to kill people if they're around, but he doesn't mind burning down the structure. Lang continues to suggest moving to Stab City, building a motorcycle club, and building things from what they collect. Arush asks for clarification, Lang wants to inform everyone currently in Cypress of this decision, and if they want to join them, they can. He might kill Dante though, Luciano understands. Arush and Luciano are in, but Arush has conditions for Lang not to kill everyone when he changes his mind in a few weeks. Lang doesn't make any promises, but he is hopeful to work with his brothers again. Lang and Luciano relish in how different the city has become since they've left, Lang jokes about how his phone is finally silent now. Lang seems slightly concerned with how in Luciano seems to be, he explains that he loves the people of Cypress, but is eager to start something new. Lang says "Fck Cypress", and tries to encourage Luciano to say it, but he struggles to. Arush tells them that they shouldn't part of something they regret or don't like, Luciano doesn't regret anything, but won't say it. Arush is worried about the change for others, and the potential conflicts that they might have. They argue about who was gas lit, who voted for people to be killed, and how things might change for the current people of Cypress. Lang tries to rage bait Arush for a bit, they're not sure what to do yet, but they're sure they want to be together.

Arush asks for two days since he'll be away on vacation, Luciano will also be away on vacation for a week, Lang is annoyed that he's stuck in the same loop again. They aren't confident to start things until most of them are back, so they'll work into the city and plan ahead before the big change. Arush shows them his new car, Luciano is hyped for the 'Mad Max' type of vibe they could have with the new chapter. Lang gets changed into clothes that are fit for the city, and handles some errands.

Lang calls Skipper, Dante, and Jonah into the Forge for a meeting. They discuss the changes and direction of the North, Dante suggests starting a trading convoy type group. Edgar calls Jonah, Lang tells Jonah to tell Edgar that his name isn't even on the mayor's ballot. Edgar wants to meet, Lang sends everyone up to meet him while he takes a quick washroom break.

Skipper, Jonah, and Dante find someone named Michael selling metal wares in the Refinery. They press him for being a cop, but are impressed with how he's dressed his 'shop'. They leave, but crash on the highway and eject everyone. Skipper takes Dante to the hospital to get patched up before finding Edgar in the hills to chat. Lang returns and calls everyone back for another short meeting, Sofia joins them as they catch up while Buddha struggles to keep things together while hungover.
They chat about what's next for the North, and the struggles Jonah has getting a new fentanyl table.

Lang takes a call from Edgar who wants to catch up about everything since they've last talked. Edgar tells Lang that he's busy with his lawyer trying to find a way to run for mayor as a criminal. Edgar explains that he can run, and be impeached after he's mayor, but show his goodness while he's mayor for the few weeks fighting against the impeachment. Edgar thinks that Nino can help fight the legislations, but they still don't have a great relationship. Edgar mentions that he's been fighting the great fight while Lang has been away, Lang reminds him that they weren't talking about their greater mission over the phone. Lang retells Edgar the story about the Grand Prix, and the death of Saab. Edgar asks if he's dead-dead or dead like Edgar and Lang, Lang shares for the first time that Saab is dead like they are, and will rise again. Edgar tells Lang that he was was nearly assassinated, but his leg was greatly damaged and was interested in his cane. Lang wants to meet up, so they agree to.

Lang ocean dumps his car by accident, Edgar picks him up and takes him into the forest. Edgar asks about the 'Cypress Purge', the 'Cypress Split', and then the 'Great Cypress Draft'. Lang recaps things pretty well, detailing the wins and losses for the path of Cypress on the way. Lang admits that without Jack Kettleman, he decided to do it himself and split Cypress into the North. Lang finally arrives to the point where he ended up on house arrest with Edgar, Edgar loves the recap and fills in the gaps. Lang admits that Ilya's death weighed heavy on him, and includes that he sent Ilya to join Edgar's group as a spy. Edgar learns this now, and looks at Lang suspiciously. Edgar shares his conflicts with his group after his attempted assassination, frustrated with his group for making fun of him and not treating the attempt with priority. Edgar asks what Lang would do, Lang thinks he would have killed a few of them to send a message. Edgar struggles with that thought because the few he would have to kill, were incredibly close to him. Lang shares an impactful thought: "Every decision I made, I thought was a terrible one, but it turned out to be way better than I imagined."

Edgar reflects on his decisions and how Lang could have handled it better, Lang reminds him that's why he leads with fear. Lang offers Edgar to join him on a new adventure, leaving both of their crews behind. Lang needs to leave, but they agree to chat tomorrow as long as Edgar is on the same schedule. Lang heads to bed in the bushes.
