JULY 6, 2025 RECAP PART I

• Benji wakes up and heads to Vespucci. There is a discussion with the boys about his mayoral campaign. Benji needs to register for the race. He decides to run in the North and with the help of HR (Dragon and AI) he starts to come up with his platform. For the people, for the streets, and for the future.

• Tictac wants to talk to Benji. He tells him about the argument he's been having with Mentos and how Mentos blamed him for losing the Exodus war. Tictac thinks Mentos wants to outshine him and take his LT position. He says that he sarcastically was saying that Hades got humbled, but people took it as real. Benji tells Tictac he wants to bring him more into the fold, but he's worried something will happen while he's asleep that Benji can't fix. The conversation comes to an end when Tictac says he's done farming.

• Reggie tells Benji there needs to be a Council meeting. Louis tells Benji that he got taken hostage and no one did anything. Benji saying they already look like shit, so there's no looking worse.

• The Council meets with Emmy in the armory and she gives her side of what happened when Louis was taken. Emmy says Winter went out after Louis with a gun, but Exodus all had their guns out. Winter did shoot Emmi Bella, the hostage who "picked" Louis to get taken. **Tony arrives **and gives his version. Reggie calls Gabby to the armory to join.

• The Council meets alone ago, and Benji asks what they think they should do to change what is going on in Hades. Benji tells Jayden that he inspired people after the split, but he's mellowed out. Louis says the reality is things aren't where they want them, and its little things happening every day. Benji says they need to learn to bring the right people on the right jobs. Reggie, Jayden, and Reggie start bickering. Benji admits he has fault in things slowing down by going legal. Council wants Louis to be the gangster one. Benji says they'll have another conversation later.

• Benji meets Nick at Snr Buns. The Future Mayor arrives in a limo, his security team clearing the area to ensure his safety. Nick gives Benji his gang resume, which includes being the Council of Seaside, Benji Ramos wrangler, and a Lemon Farmer. He also stopped 54000 Benji Ramos spirals. Benji pulls Nick aside to talk about what happened at the end of Seaside. Nick puts the blame on Michael. Benji asks Nick if doing a rerun is a serious thing, and Nick says he wouldn't have called if it wasn't.

• Another meeting, this time with Michael Razzle. Michael tells Benji that he could take the funding from the PD and put it in the mayor's account and do whatever he likes with it. Benji hears that Sandy Medical is functioning and says it's the Benji effect, since that was something he wanted to do. Benji - "I need to save Blaine County."

JULY 6, 2025 RECAP PART II

• Benji goes to the courthouse and officially submits his application to be mayor of Blaine County. Campaign platforms include:

• Boost small businesses like Sandy mechanic shop increasing the number of jobs that Blaine County residents will have access too.

• Encourage the police to continue their tremendous hard work.

• Improving the infrastructure in Blaine County ensuring that all the necessities are made available to its constituents.

• Give Blaine County residents a voice through the formation of an active community council. A rotating council that is active and aware of all the different needs of Blaine County's residents.

• Increasing the PD budget to ensure that they can perform to their maximum potential.

• Undoing all the mistakes that were made by the previous administration and getting Blaine County back on the right path. We will claim what belong to Blaine County and all funds that have been embezzled will be returned to Blaine County.

• Benji finds cops on the road on the way up north and starts asking them what would take for their votes. He punches Rich when asked. "I will do anything for my people." EMS are there, and Benji promised to double their pay. He takes credit for Sandy Medical to be open. Benji calls Cora and says he will forgive her for breaking his heart when she left Seaside if she votes for him. Cora says she'll vote for him. He calls Shang after and asks for the ADMC vote for the North.

• Quick call with Edgar about the mayorship. Edgar says that Benji has his support. Edgar says it's not natural that him and Benji aren't friends. Benji says they need to not let egos get in their way. Edgar says he arranged a debate for the South, but Benji needs to get one arranged for the North.

• Louis and Benji have a conversation about how Winter and Tictac both seem to be struggling as LT. Louis doesn't think they need to be removed and the issues can be fixed. Benji tells Louis that Jayden and Reggie are already giving all they can to be supportive. He needs Louis to be the guy to plan how to make them better.

• **Winter wakes up **and it's her turn to tell her version of Louis' kidnapping. She says that she knows she fucked up, but was confused and scared over what to do. She wishes she just sent it in a local car to go after Louis. Benji asks Winter how she should be punished. He doesn't know what to do since she can't be replaced as LT. ** Benji asks about what is happening with her and Vance. She tells him that Vance apologized to him and would do better. She says that if Vance does something like that again they will be breaking up. Benji tells her to be on smoke. If they protect each other, it doesn't matter what mistakes they make**.

• New gang rule. If someone is taken hostage by Exodus and there's no resistance against it, people who did nothing will be fined 100k.

• Benji and Louis continue their talk (with a brief interruption from Dragon). Benji tells Louis he wants him to take Mac hostage, even if he only pretends to a rob a store. He said he's also going to start giving Louis missions to show other people what they can do.

• Benji wakes up after tsunami to campaign. He meets people in apartments and tells them he wants to open a golf course in the North. Benji meets a cop and gets taken to MRPD to campaign. Naturally, Benji starts choking the cop (Crickey) to try and get his vote. "This is for us!" Benji finds out the PD meeting is over and goes to bed.
