The meeting starts off with a discussion about gang jobs vs personal jobs. Ray suggested that Paleto Bank and upwards should be gang jobs, and lower tier jobs can be personal. This conversation went around in circles for a while, with Valdez, Mac and Dio giving the most contention, and Ray, Perez and Marlo arguing the other side.
The overall conclusion was to up communication/leadership on jobs, take 4 experienced members + 2 inexperienced, be fully prepared for jobs/counters or don’t go. Ray wants them to be smart about it, and be ready.
They then talked about splits for each job, the possible payouts for meth/meth runs and their estimations on that.

Promotion discussion
Kit brought up wanting to bring in River, then Ivy later once she’s ready. Ray questioned about Pat the Rat, but he hasn’t been around much, and has been hanging with other groups. Faye will be officially promoted to Main Member once she completes her kutte mission. Ghost has become too comfortable and disobeying command, so they’re giving him a bit more time.

Next topic they discussed was about who will have properties under their names. Klaus is being considered as one, and any other person they think who would be good for that.
Ray made sure to remind everyone to respect command, and under no circumstance will he tolerate disrespect towards any of the Command Members.

— Main Members left, then High Command + Council Members had a private meeting —
Ray told everyone he’s looking for 2 more High Command members. He explained the position and what the role entails, and everyone discussed that.
- They put forward Chem’s name, then voted majority yes on Chem.
- Johnny’s name was brought up, but he doesn’t wake up consistently, and he’s already spoken to Perez about that.
- They talked about Wolfy possibly getting promoted too, then voted majority yes on Wolfy, but then had an argument about whether this role was even worth making, and no final decision for him.

Ray and Perez had a side bar and talked about how it should be just them who have the final say, and council shouldn’t be there for that. Then talked about the shortcomings of all 4 command members, and summarised the meeting.
Also after the meeting Dio had a lot of complaints he kept going on about that he voiced in the meeting. And said that they don’t have the balls to demote people who aren’t doing their jobs, and his frustrations with that meeting and peoples opinions etc.
