After double-baiting us, Chatty woke up in prison
He made his way to visitation, where he called Osvaldo

Chatty tells Osvaldo he can’t open his left eye, and Osvaldo tells him he doesn’t have one
Osvaldo asked him what was the last thing he remembered….. Chatty hung up.
He spoke to DOC Michael Garcia regarding his time and not knowing why he was there. The DOC contacted an officer to find out for him
Michael informed him that his hold was extended by another 12 hours and are scheduling a bail hearing for later in the day
Osvaldo and Hazel came to visit him.
He asked them what he had done. However, they said Tessa should be the one to tell him to avoid clown comms
They told him how Jagger tried his best to make a lot of enemies. How he was hunting clowns with a sniper. Hazel told him how he hurt Max
Hazel once again asked him what he last remembered. He said talking to Ember regarding not talking to each other anymore. Hazel said that was not true and poorly explained
Hazel explains that Chatty is the heart of the clowns, and Tessa is the brain. They would not function without them both. Chatty is as important as the rest of the clowns

She suggested that they put forward the idea of house arrest to keep the other prisoners safe. It would give him better access to visits and medical
Chatty told her that no matter what charges she pushes, he won't argue. Tessa, on the other hand, said there's no chance she would accept him getting the death penalty

Helen started by saying she does not want him to receive bail, and suggested keeping him on house arrest for the safety of everyone. Chatty will be staying in Delver’s house
She requested that he is to have frequent therapy sessions with Pixie. His parole officer will be Selena Frost
While inside he will only be allowed 2 visitors at a time, with either **PD **or **DOC **supervision; however as many as he wants while outside
- Tessa will be allowed to come and go as she pleases, as long as she follows certain rules
Chatty is not allowed to contact Ratchet or Ember unless with permission from his parole officer. He is also not to be visited by Henrietta the Chicken
Helen proposed the idea for DOC to also take shifts watching him at the house
