07/28/2025 Talking is the most important part of this.

Edgar left Lang a note about Brian Knight wanting to come by for breakfast today. Lang also reads Esmeralda's application, he doesn't seem impressed and denies her. Clark gives Lang an extensive recap from what happened over the weekend. From what he heard, Lang is mostly worried about more people from The Lost waking up.
Lang calls Saab to the docks. Saab explains his ideas for the economy and the currency to Lang. Lang is impressed by his ideas and approves them. Saab tells Lang of a scuffle between Luciano and Apple, Lang thinks the issue needs to go to a trial but is losing his mind asking Saab clarifying questions so he calls over Clark and Edgar for a proper explanation. They all agreed that it's too late to do anything about Luciano or Apple. The conversation then evolved into topics about leadership and problems within New Babylon, the citizens and it's future.

Lang calls Sofia over and she's going over some notes she wants to bring up about miscommunications between leadership and the citizens. Lang states it's important to trust people who have been given a task and thanks her for looking out for him.
Sofia leaves and Lang calls CJ to the docks. They talk about CJ's involvement in goofy stuff and CJ's role as historian. CJ then goes over her ideas and vision for the library. Lang thinks she's taking on too much and is worried about opinions being documented over facts. Lang is happy with week 2 of CJ's history book.
Lang calls Skipper to the docks. Skipper said Courtney found a musket blueprint in his glovebox. Lang said some weird shit is going on in the Liquid Library. Skipper then said that the heli flying over was people demanding a musket. Lang has a truck blueprint for Skipper.

The town meeting starts. Saab talks about his contract system. Lang takes over and talks about how important it is to be serious, put effort in and his concerns about how the outside world views New Babylon. He exclaims that this isn't Disneyland or summer camp. He then tells a short story about someone who was always cracking jokes not being taken serious when it came to it.
Edgar comes up to the stage explaining the codex he made of spiritual laws for New Babylon.
Lang announces the library opening and the uniforms being almost ready.
Clark announces the security team and it's leader, Arush. Arush gets on stage to announce security training.
Lang takes Arush to the side to talk. Lang is happy that Arush is taking this on and that the security will help set the tone of New Babylon. Lang thinks Arush and the security should be the weapon builders.

Lang calls Yaya (restaurant) and CJ (library) to make sure they're hiring people from different fractions to avoid clicks.
Pauli approached Lang to talk about his security ideas and map of defence.
Saab is given 500 babalari to start running his merchant guild.
Lang tells Skipper that him and Benny are officially working on automotives and Arush is taking over weapons.
An elder meeting is being called with Edgar, Sofia, Saab, Sebas, Clark and Lang. They talk about the whats, hows and why's of being an elder. They decide that they are the city elders and Luciano and Arush are marshall elders in times of war or when they are needed. A town meeting is called to present the information to everyone. Lang also announces that everyone must hand over any outside weapons or weaponry that isnt made in Babylon.
Lang makes the 4 seater truck blueprint and hands it to Skipper.

Lang goes to bed.

07/29/2025 The Babalari Economy Evolves

Lang meets with Luciano, Sebas, Clark and Lang.
Luciano explains Teddy had an alarming attitude when demanding all of the properties from South Cypress. Threatening he's going to cause trouble if he doesn't get what he wants. Luciano says he is going to handle it and leaves.
Sebas is progressing his religion into something tangible. Shows Lang a blueprint of "holy fire" that looks like a molotov cocktail. Sebas leaves. Clark catches Lang up on what he missed.

Lang checks in with Yaya and the restaurant to see how his food contracts and the Babalari (currency) works. Which leads Lang to dive deeper into how Saab is running the merchant guild. He reads Saab's merchant guild book and critiques and changes a few things.
Lang discovers the new "shame pit" which is a deep hole in the ground with a grate over it. He goes into it and feels right at home.
A new application was turned in. Jeffrey Kornwall. Lang thinks this is the worst application he has ever read and thinks they need someone in charge of propaganda.

Lang gets an Anonymous ping to the silo's. He finds a document at the pinged location from Darkstone calling upon the favor they're owed. They need someone from their side to hide out in New Babylon until Thursday. Lang agrees and contacts the number on the page.
Lang calls a few Epsilon people from the lemon list to nose around and ask how the Epsilon program is doing. He heard Diego tried to kill Eliza.
Lang gets a text back from the Darkstone number he contacted, A V.I.P. will arrive soon.
Lang meets Saab at the silo's and tells him he needs to handle the situation because Lang has to head out early.
Luciano tells Lang that the problem with Teddy and the Cypress properties has been solved.

Skipper and Benny finished the 4 seater truck. Lang talks to Skipper about getting the mechanics going with Babalari to buy materials and sell vehicles. The mechanic place is now an official business called "Chrome".

Saab and Lang are discussing ahout the materials and Babalari to figure out a proper economy.
Arush and Lang meet up to talk about weapons and training for the security.

Lang has an appointment so it was a short day.

07/30/2025 A Single Brick Did Not Make a City, But Neither Did a Complaint.

Lang calls Clark to the docks for an update on what Lang missed. Issues with the security team, Arush handled it. Elena does too much work, Clark talked with her. A few people complaining about Babalari, which made Lang upset. The Darkstone asset arrived all safe yesterday, people were confused but accepting. Lang questions what Sebas contributes.

Lang and Yaya talk to figure out who complains about Babalari, Yaya named Paulie and Elena.
Arush and Lang meet at the wall to talk about security.
Gigi and Lang talk about some updates and ideas she has for the medical bay, storage and the bank.
Lang heads down to the city to talk with Fiona. Lang began explaining the vision for New Babylon and convinced her to come take a tour. After the tour, Fiona already has some ideas of what she wants to do but said she needs to think about it some more first because it's a big change.

Edgar calls Lang down for a meeting at the docks to talk about Darkstone and The Faceless. Darkstone is the enemy of the Faceless. The guy that Darkstone dropped off yesterday and is being held safe in New Babylon untill thursday, was likely responsible for losing 6000 AR body's that the Faceless was importing into San Andreas. Because of that, Los Santos is running dry on heavy machinery. Edgar wants to combine that guy's knowledge and Edgar's SMG blueprint to make some interesting plays with New Babylon. Lang calls him crazy and tells him not to do anything.

Preacher Sebas starts his sermen off with the introduction of a new society member, Michael Bazim. The group then goes out on a field trip to the desert, led by Sebas. While the group walks through the desert back to New Babylon, Sebas talks about what happens to people who are not proactive within this society and the dangers of being selfish, greedy and inconsiderate.
Once back in New Babylon, a town meeting is starting. Lang reiterates how important it is to go with the flow and not complain about systems. His short story outlines a man who criticized every decision but still reaped the benefits of people's hard labor. So he was exiled.

Lang meets up with CJ to get an update on the library. Sofia has been working on the interior of the library trailer and Lang is happy with it so far.
Edgar, Arush, Luciano, Clark and Lang meet up and Lang mentions an irritation that could lead to New Babylon's demise; people who suddenly know how to make their own blueprints.
The group then discusses the Darkstone x Faceless issue. It seems the point of their problems is that they're stuck between choosing sides and whatever they do, someone is going to get upset. Edgar is spiralling with ideas but Lang put his foot down and sets boundaries.

Lang goes to work on the wall.
Saab woke up and him and Lang catch up on the day. They agree on not enabling people on making their own blueprints anymore.
Lang put down spikes on the ground at the entrance and exits.

Buddha has to go to a meeting so he calls it a day.
