Lang heads to the pier and catches up with Saab. First , the Faceless might show up after yesterday's blueprint burning. Saab also mentions a dispute between Luciano and Skipper where Luciano slapped Skipper. And lastly, Stanley loves Andi so much he might eat her.
Under the threat of the Faceless, Lang suggests building a bunker underground.
Lang heard that the restaurant got some complaints so he talks with Yaya. Lang then checks out the insane work that Fiona has done on refurnishing the library. Grand opening today.
Lang talks with Arush about weapon training and buying weaponry, he has choice of sidearm and musket. Lang chooses sidearm.
'Harry B', as he is now known as, pulls Lang aside to the docks. Harry B, who is very passionate about books, admits that he lost his temper at CJ, the librarian over the library card costing 3 babalari. Lang calls CJ about the price and they talk about inflation and running a business.
Lang sits down to read some applications and is interested in meeting a few people.
Gigi and Lang meet about her plans for medical and doctor stuff. He received a checkup and he has early stages of gum disease, needs to work on hygiene and has worms.

A town meeting starts. Edgar kicks off by reiterating the codex rules because of what happened between Luciano and Skipper.
Lang takes over and announces an exam that everyone in NB must take to test their knowledge about the codex. Failing = exile.
Several people take turns announcing information/updates.
Lang lastly announces "Project Fallout", the plan is to create an underground vault to combat the dangers from the outside. Everyone's eyes lit up.
As the town meeting ends and everyone walks away, a radio broadcast about New Babylon plays an interview with a few babylonians.
Lang calls CJ, Saab, Clark, Edgar and Luciano to come up with a few questions for the exam about their expertises.

Lang ran into Eliza, who tells him that she has been working with Sebas on religion and Lang asks her to handle the propaganda for NB, she is excited to work on it.

The grand opening of the library is underway. After people gave speeches and readings and Lang gave his short story of the day, Fiona opened the doors and people shuffled in. Everyone was in awe of the decorating and atmosphere. Elena gave out complimentary drinks. Lang gifted CJ a poolcue ahum a ruler.
Edgar announced his code of conduct as addition to the codex and has Eliza read it out loud.
Benny walks up and tells Lang he wants to turn his old mechanic shop into an outpost for trading with NB.
Queenie wants to test the security and will be reporting back to Lang.
Lang, Sofia, Saab and Edgar interview Jeffrey Cornwall, a fire enthusiast. Suddenly two helicopters fly low over NB, Lang shoots his musket and security ring the alarms and clears the area.
They agree to accept Jeffrey and want to use his interests for inventions of fire weapons.
Edgar gave Lang a written application from former Judge & Marshall Beric Johnson. Lang is excited.
Lang mentions he wants to expand to the little island east of NB to build docks for trading.
Tony Corleone has his in person interview, Lang asks Edgar to be unbiased. Tony is denied for now, asked to redo the application and to really think about his skills.
Edgar tells Lang & Saab that Delver (Sherrif) thinks Edgar doesn't care about the codex. Lang calls this a gigantic red flag. The conversation evolves into the Luciano & Skipper issue and Edgar is going to punish Luciano since Delver didn't.
Luciano cut & shaved Lang.
A meeting is called with Arush & Luciano to clear up confusion about the tasks and purpose of security.
CJ asks Lang for advice in the library. Lang asks for 1 babalari as compensation for his time.
Lang calls Eliza to help Tony figure out his way in NB.
Andi calls Lang and is worried about how Zeek is therapizing Stanley.

Lang goes to pick up Stanley from his weapon/security training to talk about his urge to eat people. The conversation led to Batman (as they do) and Lang takes Stanley to his batcave while talking about virgins.
Once back in NB, Edgar informs Lang & security that the Faceless officially know about the burning of the blueprints.
