The People v Jagger Gerardy et. al Day 1
୨ৎ Chatty POV / Lofi: https://lofi-nopixel.com/events/2ed1a
- Chatty and Ratchet stepped forward
- They plead guilty to every single charge
- Helen crashes out over them being there on a Saturday for this case when they have pled guilty. Repeating that Jagger kept pushing for the death penalty, and she didn’t want to be the one to kill Chatterbox
- The court recesses while Helen crashes out
- Court is back from crash-out recess
- Helen mentioned that Brian Knight wants to ‘pet’ chatty as the ‘petting zoo’ isn’t open at the moment
- Judge Grayson mentions that it is now a sentencing hearing
- Helen does her opening, discussing how people still love him despite what he did. She says as “both” Chatty and Jagger, both have asked for the death penalty. She mentioned that Chatty is not fit for society, as this has happened previously
- She mentions that he has broken bail multiple times, such as the weapons she found earlier, and him not letting them know Max was there
- She has worked with Chatty both masked and mask off. They both admitted to everything on the docket
- Helen does think he is capable of change. She recognises he is one person and he needs help, and if the death penalty is given: it would show badly on the city that they cannot deal with unique cases like this. She said in her opinion, they should give him a unique sentencing for these circumstances
- Grayson mentions that Pixie, one of their best psychologists, said that he is not fit for society. Helen acknowledges that, but says Pixie has agreed to continue working with him
- Chatty beatboxes for Ratchet at his request for their opening statement. He raps that they are guilty and sorry
- Helen once again brings up in her phone a subpoena that the clowns fuck a lot, and there was a situation with Osvaldo being in a love triangle with his daughter
- Grayson suggests they open up the floor where individuals can talk in defence or against the defendants
- Grayson confirms that she still has interrogations to look at, and sentencing will be tomorrow
