He calls Max after hesitating over the call option. Chatty brings up that he shot his eye out and that someone did tell him about it, and invited Max over to talk
Max arrived to the UnFunhouse 10 minutes before storm vod timestamp
Max brought him some alcohol and informed Chatty the trial was delayed by an hour
He explained to Max that his shooting was just him lashing out, trying to hurt people, and that maybe it’s because Max is so nice and everyone loves him
He said he’s been taking out his pain on the people he let down, and that he has to take whatever punishment they give or else he’ll never get better. He thinks maybe he didn’t get better because he wasn’t punished the other times he lashed out
He let Max know that he didn’t tell the cops Max was providing clowns with guns
Chatty got an unknown number call, and Max asked who Chatty thinks it is: he guessed Ember… he guessed correctly!

He said Ray leaving was his fault and him being selfish, and Max argued she made her choice, it was not his fault. But Chatty felt that her going to Parsons might have been so much better for her
He mentioned that the Cups side of her wasn’t created from pain and abuse like the ‘Chatterbox’ side of him was
Max told him not to get caught up in what-ifs, and for all they know, her going to Parson’s could have been worse for her than leaving. They talked about how hard it is to move on from the highs and get out of the lows

Chatty joked around with Helen and Frosty who were extremely scuffed. Helen called Chatty ‘Jagger’ multiple times

They talked about Tessa’s accident. Helen said the current belief is that she fell, but Chatty disagreed

Sloane informed him that Helen took a poll and asked the public if they think Chatterbox should live or die
They found Snuffles DNA on the broken guns and tried to arrest him, but he got away

Sneaky asked if he was gonna run, and he said yes. He has people he has to kill before he dies
Sneaky asked who pushed Tessa which the group discuss whether it was Tad or someone else
Hazel expressed doubts about the plan to make Ember go to court because she’s a **Smiley **and she doesn’t think Tessa would like it: Chatty said it’s clown yuck and that Ember deserves to get punished
The DOC put a tracker on him and transported him to the Courthouse
Chatty no ballsed Kirk to block the transport to the Courthouse, which he actually did
Chatty and Ratchet arrived at the courthouse and were eventually joined by a bunch of clowns, then joked around for a while
Helen joked about the idea of it being Jagger in the court case instead of Chatty, thanking him for being there with his mask on

The judge went through all of his charges, to which he pled guilty to all of them
Since he pled guilty the judge was extremely confused as to why they were at court. Helen crashed out and begged for a crash out recess
Chatty and Ratchet rapped their opening statements, saying they are guilty and apologising for shooting everyone
Chatty admitted to everyone that he chooses when to flip the switch, and can remember everything after its done

Helen stated that he has been making some progress with his therapist and they both believe he can eventually make
Helen said she wants to propose an indefinite sentence in the house arrest house, as she believes hes unfit to be integrated into the prison society
She proposed 3 people to advocate for his mental progress: a psychiatrist, a case manager, and a personal advocate that would be able to sign off on his progress to give him access to the possibility of parole
Judge Arcadia stated that she thinks house arrest isolation would do more harm then good. Helen brought up being isolated in solitary would be extremely negative on his mental health due to his past
- Brian Knight said that Chatty took more accountability than the whole PD has recently, and the law should take that into consideration Arcadia mentioned not wanting to play favourites

Keith, Flippy and Helen were the only people to speak in favour of the death penalty

When asked to plead his case on why he doesn't deserve the death penalty, **Chatty **decided to not say anything to help his case and instead said **Ratchet **didnt deserve death

Judge Arcadia called for the court to end. Ember got out her sniper and shot down multiple people, including Judge Arcadaia and multiple cops vod timestamp

While **Chatty **and **Ratchet **were cuffed, they said the shooting was a ** Smiley** attack. ** Ruby** said they are going to question ** Kirk** due to him speaking with her in court

He signalled down the police outside and asked if Helen was okay: they confirmed she’s awake
He sent texts to Kirk establishing a story about them trying to get Hazel in with snowballs, not Ember with a sniper rifle, and accusing Keith
Twinkles said he can back up the story because he has a lot of snowballs
Cupcake came over to visit to check on him after the shooting
Helen arrives and tells him she has a punctured lung. He asked about the judge but Helen doesn’t know about that vod timestamp
He tries to incriminate the Smileys and Keith, and says Neon Circus is involved with Smileys
He told Helen about Ember texting him during court and Helen said to send the screenshots to Frosty
Helen asks if he wanted Ember to shoot her because she technically supported the death penalty, which Chatty denies, saying he asked for the death penalty and that he could have ran if he wanted to but didn't
She said she’s more worried about him getting the death penalty after the shooting than she ever was
Helen explained Ember is mad at her for not giving her as many charges as Ratchet and Chatty
Helen mentioned she called Flippy and told him about the case, so all the victims could say their piece
She apologised for saying the death penalty is the most ethical option, but Chatty said she’s right and it’s okay, he had a good run
He called Reina and asked her to find out what Ember is saying in interrogation
Reina offered to steal his phone and pretend she sent the texts from his phone, but he said it’s not necessary
Frost arrived and asked who called him, and told him someone would show up with a gun. He said it was from an unknown number, and said Kirk also knew vod timestamp
She saw that Ember texted him and that he didn’t answer
Wendy called, and Frost picked up and did an impression of Chatty
She saw Chatty and Kirks texts and took a picture of it with his permission
Helen asked what would have happened if she asked him to take his mask off on the stand, and he said: “nothing, I just would have been really uncomfortable”
Helen informed him that Arcadia is in the ICU
Chatty snitches on the Smileys and explains previous incidents of people getting hurt
Helen informed him that multiple people, including New Babylon and Sloane's animal sanctuary, had offered to let him do some community service if the Judge accepts the terms
Frosty took his statement about the shooting in court and his texts to Kirk

She confronted him on if it was true he could be Jagger whenever he wanted. He said he can't control how he feels, but in a sense yes. He compared it to waking up and you feel angry for no particular reason
He said he can’t just “turn the switch” and become “Jagger” right now while he’s talking to her, but he still said those things and she should still be angry
She said she thinks he needs to embrace himself
He said he owes them an explanation because he hasn’t been fully honest. Wendy asked why he “refused to shoot her”, and he invited her over to talk
Reina called and said she spoke to Ember, and Ember’s been trying to call him but he’s been on the phone. Reina said Ember is getting raided and she’s on a hold
Ember called and Chatty asked if she’s brainwashed and he asked how she feels about the Smileys. She said Mr. Smiley is her dad vod timestamp
He asked what she told the cops and she said “not much” and just said “maybe” to most things but said they are going to subpoena her phone and raid her
He asked about her texts and calls with Kirk and she said there’s nothing incriminating
He said this was a test, and she passed: now he knows she’s worth helping. He said she needs to pin this on someone, and suggested Keith
He told her the Smileys are not her family and they don't care for her. He asked what Kenneth had done for her. He told her to pin this on the Smileys and if they forgive her for that, then they’re real family
He said when she gets out, they’ll figure everything out and he’ll talk to Jojo and **Tessa **for her
Frost called asking if he ever called Ember and he said he didn’t
Wendy and Sneaky arrived, and Chatty explained that he’s been lying about not knowing what he was doing because he was gaslighting himself and didn’t want to accept what he’d done and said vod timestamp
He said he feels at fault because he chose to make the house a clown house and that’s why the mimes attacked it, and he takes that anger out on clowns sometimes
Wendy asked again why he never sniped her, and Chatty explained it’s because she took good care of the house, even better care of it than he did. She didn’t just like the house for what it got her: she loved it like a home
He also said she wasn’t supposed to get tortured by Emi, but the cops didn’t show up fast enough. He was also supposed to get shot down at the house that day, but the cops never showed
He reiterated his apology to both Wendy and Sneaky
She said he was talking very fatherly and that she missed their life in that house, and that she appreciated him acknowledging that the house was her home
- Chatty said he’s not dad material, and Sneaky complained about her trying to adopt kids and said he’s not dad material either
He asked if Emi is dead, and they said no and explained she’s still stalking them

He then called Esme and asked who the favourite child is, and when she said herself, he told her to twat about it, then he called back Maddie to point out the twat
Helen came over and they talked about mimes doing the shooting
Helen said she thinks he should ask for the verdict hearing to be closed to the public: Chatty said he’d ask Frost to do it

Chatty tried to convince them that Yuri confessed to the crime, but Helen and Frosty weren’t that convinced

The duo have a petty war so he tells **Jojo **they will talk another time. She jokes around multiple times that he should report her and get her fired, so he responds asking for her to kill him
