Lang wakes up and talks with Saab about the atrocities from yesterday and the rebuilding that has to be done.
Lang, Saab and Sebas talk about the underground shelter. Saab mentions that two hands and a shovel can do a lot of digging and so Lang puts him in the shame pit for the next 12 hours to see what Saab can do. It didn't last long because Lang, Arush and Saab head to the Ashen Tree at the new outpost. Saab mentions a bunker in the woods he found and so the three head over there. Lang mentions that Edgar showed him this a while ago. They realise there's also a huge launch pad for a missile and they quickly leave and go back to NB.

Lang adds some customizations to the new Chrome vehicle and testdrives it with Skipper. Lang finds out the car can jump and tests it by jumping over the NB wall.
Imo, (Ratking), hands Lang a book and talks with him about hiding carepackages around the NB area in case of evacuation.
Lang learns that Jeff, who works at the library, gets paid 10 BBL a week (just as much as the Marduk gets paid) which sends Lang into a spiral.
At the townhall meeting he introduces a codex for businesses. They have to pay taxes, rent and buy a business license. This system will go through the merchant guild.
Clark arrives late to the meeting and is fined 25 BBL.
Lang and Saab talk about the technical parts of the new business system. They then go to every business owner to explain the system more thoroughly.
Lang is monitoring the reactions to the new business rules. Skipper was shocked at the amount. CJ wants to sell the library to a new owner as she is prioritizing writing and thinks she's unable to keep up with the finances. Arush was surprisingly reasonable. Elena responded well. People have an hour to pay the outstanding fees for rent and licensing. Yaya isn't around so they'll talk to him when he's back around.

Harry lets Lang know he passed punishment to Hassan for last weeks events.
Saab, Lang and the rest of NB head to the new expansion on the island to watch the first official flight take place. Father Sebas starts things off with a prayer. Beric takes flight but unfortunately explodes mid air and crashes in the Alamo sea.

Saab and Lang have individual meetings with Arush, Skipper and Elena for their outstanding fees. Lang assures them the total amount is actually way lower, it all was a test and that they have passed. They get partial BBL back and are very happy.
Elena was given the highest compliments for her entrepreneurship.
CJ changed her mind and decided against selling the library. She is short 6 BBL and also has to pay 3 BBL late fee. CJ failed the test (she doesn't know yet) and they'll be milking it out untill the 1st of the month.

Lang and Saab meet with Luciano. He wants to expand his business to a gas station. Lang approves it. Harry and Lang quickly catch up and Lang goes to bed.
