09/09/2025 - "The Mole Men"

Arush shows Lang the new throne for Luciano and Arush. They then go and chat about Edgar and the status of NB. Arush says he will give up his dictatorship once a new codex is written and either Lang wants to be Marduk again, or the people will vote for a new leader. They want to grab Beric today and interrogate him.
Lang and Saab talk about how they think Edgar is going to destroy NB from within, as relatiation for Benny, Sebas and Hassan. They then head to the Ashen Tree together to ask it for advice.

To have a chance at fighting the Faceless, Lang is building a van with a turret on top. It's meant to be a secret and hidden out of sight. Lang and Saab steal a campervan and once back in NB, Lang starts working on it to convert it. After it's completion, it's time for a demonstration.
Lang steals a plane and flies over NB. Arush has gathered citizens and is manning the turret on top of the van. Arush shoots at the plane and the plane blows up, fortunately Lang jumped out in time and survived. Unfortunately, cops were watching from the hill and saw the whole thing.

The town meeting starts. Saab, Luciano and Arush give speeches. To Lang's surprise, Luciano has a short story.
Lang gets on stage to talk about project fallout and invites AC, Skipper, CJ and ratking. No one else is allowed to be involved or talk about it.
Harry gets on stage to praise Arush only and calls Luciano Arush's assistant. People boo Harry and Apple carries Harry off stage.
The town meeting ends and the project fallout team, or "The Mole Men" as they call themselves, are gathering at Lang's magic mushroom temple. Lang has everyone kneel while reciting an oath to become a Mole Man. Lang then introduces the entire idea about building an underground city to the group.

Eliza shows Lang her propaganda books.

Lang told Saab that he started the first gang in NB with the Mole men. Lang learns from Skipper that Clark had mentioned project Fallout to others.

Lang is angry and goes to confront Clark. Saab steps in and Lang beats Saab with a pool cue. Skipper beats Clark. People chase after Lang and Skipper and they're being detained and taken to the library (jail). Lang gets progressively more angry and aims his gun. Arush and Luciano arrive and after hearing what went down, they decide to let Saab and Lang fight it out. Lang downs Saab. Arush let's Lang get back to work.

Lang gets together with his Mole men and tells them they need the spice master, Bazin, to join the Mole men working underground, so that they can inhale the spice and work more efficient. They call over Bazin and he says he needs time to think about his answer.

Lang's last act of the day is flipping through Eliza's propaganda books. He is impressed.
