Raymond had heard rumours around the city about New Babylon collapsing, so he went there to find out for himself. 
He pulled up with Kiwi, Aleks, and Wolfy to the entrance at Stab City, and started bantering with Flash, Paulie and Queenie.
He asked if New Babylon was imploding, to which they were defensive and said the same thing back to him. 
“When your gang collapses maybe we’ll give you guys a tour of New Babylon.” - Flash
“Are you referring to the first time, second time, or the third time?” - Queenie
“What the fuck you say, Queenie?” - Ray
“You heard me.” - Queenie
Ray then gets out of the car and threatens Queenie while Flash tells Ray to chill out, trying to diffuse the situation.
Things came to a head when Queenie insulted Ray by saying:
“I forgot, you have a very very small ego and you get hurt by anything, so..” - Queenie
