Chatty and Tessa headed to the Funhouse. They met up with Leo and told him about the plan, which he also agreed to join

Tessa mentioned Wendy being one off the targets as retaliation for Sneaky shooting Ember. He called Wendy and told her not to be alone

Chatty said they would be a gang but they would have boundaries about how they escalate, and no guns unless they have to. It would be a mix between both previous iterations of Clowncil
Clowns would have to pay the Clowncil a cut of money from jobs and follow gang orders; if they refuse they would be kicked from the group
Kirk said he and Chatty didn’t want to follow through in the past and need to be better about upholding their punishments instead of backing out
They spoke about members and recruitment. Kirk mentioned sending everyone they had in mind on a big clown mission to see how they do
They agree they need to work harder but that it’s also important not to lose themselves and the clown ways of caring about the funny not the money
Kirk promised not to be full gangbanger but will be firm and fair. They agreed to keep in check with each other to make sure they are doing the best job
They plan to set up a system to keep all Clowncil members informed and discussed a potential gang leader training day with Flippy
Chatty mentioned wanting to bring in Tessa, Twinkles, and Sneaky

Kirk confirmed that he was the one to send cops to Humane Labs earlier

Chatty forced all the clowns to roll to see who was going to clean the house. Officer Sideburns rolled the lowest. Helen locked Chatty in the room with him
Clowns continued to torment her and tried to drive a motorcycle into her house. They ended up hitting Tessa with the bike
He called Dr Stacey and asked her to come to the house to check on Tessa, and noticed how she hadnt moved at all
Dr Stacey arrived in an EMS helicopter. Chatty kicked everyone out while Tessa got a check up

Chatty kept blaming Helen, saying its her fault Tessa got hurt
