10/8/2025 Kick Recap - "Where Do Your Loyalties Lie?"

Lang and Saab consider how Edgar's absence changed nothing in New Babylon, and predict when OTT will turn on them. Lang and Saab visit the Ashen Tree to give a prayer and begin the day. Arush wants to wear a jacket for his Motorcycle Club, Lang refuses. Bazim gives Lang a break down of his security plan (which won't matter later anyways).

Lang and Saab meet with Luciano and Harry to discuss issues they've come across. Luciano was informed by OTT about Edgar planning to attack NB today during the town hall meeting, Lang wants to prepare for it. Luciano also found Eliza distraught after meeting with Daniel, her husband who left NB. They believe that Daniel was given the Nu Epsilon building, but are unsure why. Lang wants to review everyone's properties with Kyle Pred to make sure there aren't any more back up plans.

Skipper joins their meeting, they joke about how ugly he is and how they want to handle the process of security. Harry suggests getting radios, Lang will consider it. Skipper re-iterates the issue with Eliza, sharing that there were files Eliza had that were related to the Faceless, and people that she knew. Lang thinks it's not that important, and will probably discuss it with her later. Lang suggests getting them new vehicles for security, he'll speak with Chrome later.

Lang goes to test out some vehicles and returns to help build the Militia's outfit. Everyone gather's for the town hall meeting, Lang warns everyone about Edgar's plan before they begin. Saab announces that there are new contracts, and reminds everyone that New Babylon doesn't wait for anyone in it's growth. Eliza introduces Devon Jones aka Dev, and Vill Ager as new members to the town. Eliza seems tired, Lang notices it, but continues into his speech which finally includes a story. Lang speaks about the impact of each person, and how they can plan towards leaving something like a legacy behind. Luciano comes to speak about the new Lion's Watch Militia which merges the Sheriff's department with the guards. Arush and AC announce new weapons, Anya reminds everyone about food options at Ratatouille, and the meeting ends.

Clark speaks with Lang to admit in his faults, handing over some spice in the process. Clark wants to rework the Eagles, Lang offers support where he can. Lang calls CJ, Skipper, and AC for a Molemen meeting. They discuss recruiting new members since Imo and Stanley can't be involved as they were, Skipper suggests making a false button in the Vault to use as a threat for people inside. Lang takes them down into the Tunnel to see the artifacts they collected, showing them the Talon Lion and the Talon Dragon statues. Lang approves of Arush's motorcycle club, but wants AC removed so that new people can be used.

Lang finally meets with a somewhat broken Eliza. Eliza shares that the Tre Pas is now operating out of Nu Epsilon, based on the mistake she made by giving Daniel the property to carry. Through tears and a broken voice, Eliza breaks down with Lang about her decisions, her past, and her conflict with carrying this baggage forward. Lang supports her and gives her some spice, she feels faulted for trusting people that constantly backstab her. Pred calls to come by NB to check things out, Lang approves. Eliza explains the issue that Skipper and Luciano raised, Eliza explains that she can no longer access the Nu Epsilon files. Lang takes her to the Cave.

On the way into town, Lang questions where Eliza's motivations are now, even with that information accessible. Eliza admits that the Faceless called a few months back asking the same thing, but she feels like her actions have made her decision obvious. As they enter the Cave, Eliza is stunlocked by everything she sees. She is curious, but Lang shares that there has been a war of power happening long before she came to Los Santos. He lets her use the PC to access the files she had previously, watching over her shoulder.

Eliza admits to watching Cypress for a while, but shows Lang most of her files and a similar psychosis board. Lang copies the files to a USB and gives it to her. They leave through the side entrance, she thinks she's high on spice and having hallucinations. Lang takes her to the Rooster's Rest basement, through the tunnels and into his board room he shared with CJ. He shows her their psychosis board, who they've been watching and their different connection points, even the extremely stabbed Diego picture. Lang shares that he's building New Babylon as a rival to the Faceless, to prevent them from taking over the city. He warns that there's a lot more she isn't aware of, but somehow she plays a big part in it. Lang and Eliza discuss NEST, Edgar, and the power they're going to build from New Babylon.

Saab calls on their way back, informing Lang that he shot at OTT while he was singing on the mic. After dropping Eliza back to NB, Harry calls to warn of the attempt to OTT's life. Lang runs into Pred and the cops who are helping secure the area after the shot, but finds Harry and the other village members being dumb in front of the officers.

Lang takes CJ to the Rest to gather up the leftover artifacts, they call Skipper and AC to Chumash to meet them. The story is that they were delivered these artifacts, Lang shares his talk with Eliza and that he showed her some of the basement. CJ is proud that Eliza was impressed by her psychosis board, and is afraid of being cursed by the artifacts as they pack them up. As they head to Chumash to pick up Skipper and AC, there are tons of voip and server issues so Buddha leaves CJ to put away the packed artifacts with the Molemen, and heads to bed
