A chaotic police chase erupted at the Cuban Embassy, so to avoid him getting involved, Tessa picked him up and took him aside
She questioned him on the deed to the Funhouse and the surrounding land. He said it was mainly verbal
Tessa informed him that Junior had sold ALL surrounding land, including the Funhouse garage, Grapeseed Theatre, animal pens and Giblets' grave to Kyle Pred vod timestamp

The group got into multiple foot pursuits but kept managing to repair the car. Chatty stole another cop car and picked everyone up
The group successfully managed to escape however, Kirk and Tessa were cuffed
They found Deek at Strawberry gas station so Chatty pulled out his gun and forced him to uncuff them vod timestamp

**Chatty **and **Tessa **picked up **Reina **and they headed to the tow yard to retrieve his club. They checked if **Twinkles **was cuffed at the hospital however he was gone
The trio headed to Snr Buns. After debating stall ownership he advised someone to run for mayor and ban gang affiliated members to own food stalls
He noticed **Simon **(Manor) and confronted him for kicking the pigs at the Funhouse
