10/29/2025 GTA Recap - "Mortal Friends, Instead Of Enemies"

Lang and most of New Babylon are in prison on hold until they are interrogated. Lang spends an extensive amount of time trying to escape, eventually breaking out with a few people. Lang, Luciano, and Queenie are abruptly shot down after getting a stolen vehicle and playing bumper cars with the cops. Returning to prison, they're held in cuffs and gathered together so that the cops can begin speaking to them.

Lang and Brian Knight finally meet to discuss the information Lang provided him, how irrelevant the current criminal issue is, and how private they want to keep the info Lang has on his phone. Brian wants to move forward, so they deliver a very short interview. Lang admits to shooting the cop, intentionally executing him. Brian ends the recording, understanding what Lang is doing. They agree that the Faceless is likely involved, Lang is escorted back to the cells and runs from the cops a few more times.

Lang is escorted to one of the jail offices, he argues that 'our interpretation of time is made up'. Officer Carmine tries to question him under the watchful eye of Kyle Pred, they begin recording. They argue for a long time to try and get Lang to state his name for the recording, trolling ensues. After a long time of achieving nothing they finally let Lang go. Still soft cuffed, Lang walks out and into the yard. CJ approaches to speak, but he refuses until she puts her shoes back on. CJ tells Lang that Skipper got The Besties to drop a dead cops body with extra guns and equipment on it, for 2 BBL. Lang refuses to use it, eventually finding Skipper and confronting him about it.

Lang strips Skipper of every title he's ever had, he's nothing now and will be treated as such - he's lucky he wasn't exiled. Lang tells everyone else, and yells at them for having to handle everything alone. Lang tells an officer what transpired so that they're not held to be guilty for it, and then denies to be uncuffed so that he's restrained for everyone else's safety. Saab and Luciano are working on crafting things inside the prison, Lang is satisfied with that. Lang warns CJ that she nearly was stripped of her titles, too. Lang doesn't like that CJ tried to pre-warn Skipper about Lang being mad at him, before they spoke. He's disappointed that they're both not acting like leaders, when they're supposed to be a lot more responsible.

Lang gets involved with Clark interviewing Tommy (Big Mac aka TicTac). Tommy claims he went to bed after doing contracts with some of the New Babylonian people, he's not in Hades anymore and that he left the gang life behind. He's not sure how or when they took the table, but he swears he was not involved. Lang spends time with everyone in different places, discussing plans. The Besties drop the dead officer's body in the prison via helicopter, Lang wants them to learn and be lead by more mature minds… like Saab.

Lang heads to bed.
