The duo drove back into the city while discussing the election, Dawn and the town hall earlier
They met up with Osvaldo at the hospital, who informed them Kirk was being chased for murdering someone mid cop chase

Chatty got changed into a doctor outfit and waited in the hospital for Kirk to arrive vod timestamp
He pretended to treat Kirk and tried to take him to the car, but the cops chased him
Tessa and Hazel picked him up after he fled on foot

PD Bot attached and asked them if they wanted to play the dice game again

The trio met up with Kirk and Osvaldo. While waiting to regroup with the other clowns, PD Bot found them so they fled vod timestamp
They warned Twinkles about PD Bot, so Twinkles picked up the EMP gun before heading to meet the rest of the group
Twinkles, Wendy, Reina, Sneaky (who was also in cuffs), Osvaldo and Kirk joined the group
PD Bot found the group, so Osvaldo hit it with the EMP gun which caused the bot to shut down vod timestamp
They were able to convince PD Bot to uncuff Sneaky and Kirk
Osvaldo and Chatty made a plan to get PD Bot to the smelter so Osvaldo took Twinkles hostage
PD Bot said he did not care as Twinkles was a criminal, but if they promised to no longer commit any crime he would reconsider rescuing Twinkles. The group agreed, so PD Bot left to go save Twinkles
The rest of the group headed to the smelter when Chatty then fell off a roof, so they headed back to the hospital
The clowns then watched as they failed to throw PD Bot into the smelter vod timestamp
Upon leaving, the cops began to chase him, however he and Kirk managed to escape them quickly
Chatty and Kirk then went to the apartments to sleep

Stream TLDR: Chatty woke up and headed to the Funhouse, where he found the aftermath of the Blaine County town hall. He had his own personal town hall meeting before heading to PDM, where Osvaldo bought him 3 cars. Chatty caught up with Lily, who gave him more information about the Stumbles break-up and clarification on clown comms. He then met up with Ember to confront her about her supposedly hanging out with Emi Bella multiple times. The general conclusion was that when people had seen her with Emi, it was linked to the same situation. Chatty changed into his doctor outfit to try and rescue Kirk from the cops. PD Bot found them and Osvaldo hit it with the EMP gun, disabling the bot. They convinced PD Bot to uncuff Kirk and Sneaky before enacting their plan to dump PD Bot in the smelter. They failed miserably and Chatty headed to bed shortly after.
