11/14/2025 GTA Recap - "Just Keep Swimming"
Lang decorates New Babylon with lights and Christmas related things. Jeff doesn't know what Christmas is, Bazim tells Lang he loves and misses him, Luciano is worried about their survival. Saab got caught and charged while on parole, so he's back in jail for 5 years. Lang wants to visit him, but a cop arrives at the gate and spooks everyone. Lang considers shooting him, but waits for CJ's advice. They leave and call Arush, who is being chased by PD waiting for a pick up from Clark.
Lang gets a plane and picks up Arush and Clark, he drops Bazim back at New Babylon and then continues to flee. The plane runs out of fuel so they land in the water, Lang steals a boat by holding up a cop and then tries to pick up the rest of the group. Lang gets shot down, but Clark takes out a few cops and helps get Lang to CJ and Jeff. CJ and Jeff try to get Lang on the jetskis, but it won't work. CJ is forced to swim away with Lang, spotting a shark nearby. Luciano calls to help, they're worried he'll bring more cops to them. She gives him her last location, by the coastal resort, and she continues to narrowly avoid the shark.
Luciano picks up Lang and CJ via boat and they call for more back up. CJ remembers she has a car parked in Paleto, so they drive back to New Babylon inconspicuously. Lang is treated by Dr. Claus, which is Gigi in disguise. Lang, CJ, and Luciano visit Saab in jail. They return to NB and discuss what Lang should do, Lang complains about not taking a plea deal, so he tries to make one with Brian Knight. Brian needs evidence for who broke him out, but Lang can't tell him that without putting New Babylon at risk. Luciano suggests that they put the blame on the Faceless, but Lang realizes that if he snitches at all, he might put Bjorn at risk.
Lang reflects on all of his problems circling back to gambling, let alone this issue being derived from the theft of the roulette table. They spiral for a bit about how terrible Lang's life has become. They drive down to the Rooster's Rest and have a moment. Lang wants to go out in style, so he puts on a fancy outfit and wears all of his jewelry. CJ tries to argue with him about his psychology towards New Babylon. Lang is depressed by his realizations, growing anxious about what he's going to do.

Lang decides to change into his boxers like a loser, he would rather go to jail with nothing. Peach calls to ask for money, Lang tells her that he'll name her as his motivator when he gives him self up. Brian calls again, reminding Lang that there are cameras outside the Rest watching who comes and goes. Brian comes by to speak with Lang, they begin the admittance/interrogation in the dining booths.
Lang tries to lie about who broke him out, and what information he has. Brian counters by reminding Lang that he can't give him the agreed upon deal (1.5 years) if he can't get the confirmed information that links the evidence he already has. Brian has phone records AND knows who the people were in the helicopter, because they weren't even masked. Lang gives Brian the book the Faceless left him, and then offers to show him something. Brian makes Lang change before they leave, and they notice a Faceless asset on a motorcycle leaving the Rest the same time they do. Brian swaps cars and Lang drives him to the Cave.
Lang shows Brian the information and the backdoor to the Faceless website. Brian already has all this evidence, and they speak forwardly about what happened. Brian knows that it was the Besties, and needs Lang's admittance to connect the dots. Lang can't burn Bjorn and can't have the Besties warring with New Babylon. Lang just wants to go to jail and get it over with, Brian will try to get his sentence lowered regardless.
