• Nate tells her if there’s something she wants to buy she can buy the contracts and they can do those.
• Wendy says if they are married what’s his is hers.
• He gives a very reluctant, “yyyyeah”.

• On the way to the boost, they haggle over the 30 dollars she got from robbing a local.

• Nate decides to give fake radio comms about the dropoff location.
• He tells her next time she gets the tracker off, to leave immediately.

• He tells her to tell Ember thank you.
• Nate tells her a new radio, 48.
• Wendy likes those numbers.

• The radio already has people on it!
• He calls Wendy to tell her other people are on the radio but he wants to eavesdrop.

• A police bike randomly finds Nate but he doesn’t seem to know he was in a chase.

• They talk about the race.

• He tries to find Wendy.
• Twinkles lets him know she gave him a ride to a chop.
• He goes to get her/his car.
• They go the boost.
• Twinkles starts driving, Nate hacks, Bones trunks it.
• Nate tells Twinkles how important bet is to him right now. Clip

• Nate says Wendy doesn’t remember her. So the hallucinating Wendy is fine with her.
• He also thinks if she suddenly remembers, she’d be okay with it.
• The boys talk about the Osvaldo/Hazel break up.
• Twinkles thinks Hazel wanted a reason to break up with him and chose this to do so.
• He texts Wendy “I love you” between hacks.
• He gets the hacks off.
• No cops so they go drop it off.

• Ember and Wendy pick up the boys in the Omaggio.
• Nate/Twinkles repair his car at Brouge.
• Nate asks where Wendy’s farm is.
• She tells him it's next to the Funhouse.
• They head to her farm so he can prove he knows how to herd cows.
• Wendy has several phone calls with Helen.
• Nate shows her how he herds with his car.
• The night race comes up.
• Wendy tells him he’s got to get them back in the barn area before they go.
• Nate says, “Hai.”
• Moombles gives him a run for his money.
• He gets him in there though. Clip

• Wendy asks why Chatterbox is making him marry her.
• He says most of the other clowns are with someone… And some other stuff.
• She wants to know what the other stuff is. Clip
  -# Nate drives to the spot he talked to Chatterbox on war day.
• Chatterbox talked to him right in that spot and he told Nate not to let Wendy be the one that got away.
• He says that might’ve been part of it.
• Wendy says, “Might’ve been part of it, huh?”
• Nate says, “Maybe”, as they drive away.
• She kisses him.

It’s race time!

• They talk about bridges.
• She asks his favorite.
• He points out the red one as they drive near it.
• Wendy says she has never been up there.
• Nate says he doesn’t know if he should take her there.
• Then asks if she’s good with heights.
  • She tells him she’s totally good with heights.
• Before the race starts he holds his hand out to Wendy.
• Wendy asks him what he’s doing.
• He just tells her to hurry up.
• She says she doesn’t know why he keeps having her bite his hand but she’s just going to do it.
• Night Race #2
• 2nd Place.
• He tells her he’s taking her to the bridge.

• He has her get out of the car and up onto the Red Bridge bar.
• He tells her to just look at him, nothing else.
• Then picks her up and carries her up the bridge.
• Wendy guesses his height.
• She guesses 6’7’’ first.
• Nate tells her not to say that.
• Nate asks her on the way if she’s used to being carried like this.
• It’s how she jumped on him earlier today.
• She doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

• They sit down on the top of the bridge.
• Nate tells her she doesn’t have to keep looking at him anymore.
• Wendy’s head hurts.
• Nate pulls her head to his.
• She asks what he likes about the bridge. Clip
• He says the color
• The he says it’s got red, blue, black, plaid.
• She says she thought they were talking about the bridge.
• Nate: “You said what I like about the bridge. Are you not on the bridge?”
• She laughs. She is on the bridge.

• He asks Wendy if she likes it.
• She likes the view.
• He points out all the smoke/powerplants/rundown stuff.
• He brings up the painting.
• Asks her where she thinks it could be.
• She doesn’t know. She just knows Chatty is mad that its missing.
• Nate has been meaning to talk to him about it.
• She says it must be a nice painting if so many people are upset about it.
• Nate tells her a couple people are upset. Then he describes the other Wendy hallucinations.
  -# Detective, cowgirl, kind of vampire, mythical person? (he looks at old texts with Wendy to figure out it’s a warlock), Cuban Embassy leader’s daughter, business woman
• He hasn’t had the time to really dig deep into it but he’s kept not of it.

• Wendy says her head hurts again. Clip
• He has her turn the other way, away from the sun.
• Then he kisses her.
• She asks if he needs her.
• Nate: For what?
• Wendy: Just in general.
• Nate: What does that necessarily mean? ‘Need’?
• Wendy: Like in the most vulnerable part of yourself. Do you need me?
• Nate: I don’t know what that means either, really.
  -# Pause
• Nate: But I’d say so.
• Wendy: Do you trust me?
• Nate: Yeah.
• Wendy: Then jump. Clip

-# She jumps off the bridge but for a second it really looks like she fell

• She runs and jumps off the bridge.
• He jumps after her.
• They both land in the water.
• Wendy says, “Wow. You jumped.”
• She asks why they are there.
• He asks her why she’s afraid of heights but likes jumping off bridges.
• She doesn’t know.
  -# Nate makes noises escorting her to the ladder because she’s vibrating like a jackhammer.
• She doesn’t remember the bridge.
• They get out of the water and he carries her to the car.

• He asks how she’s feeling.
• She feels good. She isn’t tired anymore.
• Nate tells her about their day.
• The boosting, Twinkles going to jail, his bad luck with tire boxes, etc.
• Wendy asks why she’s wearing plaid. Clip
• He doesn’t know but he likes the outfit.
• She’ll keep it on.
• Wendy asks if he pushed her off a bridge again.
• Yeah
• She asks if he said something embarrassing before he did it, at least.
• Yeah
• Nate asks her about what Twinkles said about her hanging with Ember. Clip
• She sees Ember as Nate’s friend so she can hang out with Ember and be nice.
• He says that’s what he’d thought.
• They talk about forgiveness.
• She says she’s bad at it.
• He says she’s too quick to forgive sometimes so he doesn’t mind her taking her time.
• Wendy is trying to work through her feelings about it before forgiving instead of forgiving and never truly letting it go like she’d do in the past.
• Nate wanted to make sure she was okay with it. Clip
• Wendy says there are only like 3 or 4 people she truly hates.
• The rest, it’s not that she doesn’t like them or hates them. She gets frustrated and doesn’t understand them.
• Nate says fair enough.
