12/23/2025 GTA Recap - "Buddha Lang Can't Hurt You No More"
Clark calls to ask about Lang's therapy, but gets hung up on for being away so long. Lang chirps Saab for his last minute shopping, while Saab tries to recap the Faceless meeting. Lang runs into Luciano and Skipper, giving Luciano the task of prepping their mission equipment for after the holidays. The pirates are hitting a jewelry store later, they hand over some gold bars and offer Lang a spot in the job.
Lang, Skipper, and CJ chat about the Besties holding their own and doing a good job at maintaining their alliance. Skipper shares news of another bombing at the court house, they're going to hold all the info for when everyone returns after the holidays. Eliza calls to chat, Saab tries to give an expiring white card to the pirates. Lang drives into town to check out the court house, but notices it still in tact. Carmine and Bazim are meeting outside the court house, Lang questions why they're meeting, and Carmine explains that they were always friends. Lang finds it suspicious, Bazim says that everything Carmine says is a lie, but Lang leaves anyways.
He calls Saab and tells him immediately, requiring tabs on Bazim at all times. Lang and Eliza meet to chat about how things are going, they joke about how most people walk on egg shells around them. She is interested in joining the fight against the Faceless, Lang is eager to have her. Jeff shares his hopes to take revenge on the city soon, Lang has him plan for after the holidays. Lang and Tony catch up about: Lang's eye, their clothes, and the Faceless. Lang shows Tony his musket, and then Lang shoots someone. Tony and Lang hide in the medical tent 'having a meeting', Saab presses Lang, so Lang beats him down. A dog attacks them, AC calls to see if he should delete the footage, but Lang tells him to keep it raw.
Lang watches the trailer for AC's documentary, and then some of the finished footage. Eliza begins the town hall meeting welcoming Bjorn as a member, they play "Merry Christmas New Babylon" on the stage, and Eliza cautions everyone to look out for cameras on the New Babylon grounds. Queenie pulls Lang aside to question him about the shooting, Lang admits to having a musket on him, and then runs away from her. Queenie chases him down very closely, narrowly catching him. Buddha teleports away, crashes a jet into the town, and then logs off
