• Chatty woke up at the apartments and noticed Kirk had returned
• He checked his messages and saw his invitation to the Clowncil banquet
• He caught up with Kirk and updated him about New Babylon war before picking him up, then running him over
• Chatty told him about Lily being kicked out of the clowns, so Kirk informed him of the weird messages she had been sending him
• They met up with Seymore at the hospital before continuing to drive around the city, where Kirk read Lily’s texts to him
• They saw on twatter that Jojo has made her own group called Toybox
• The duo tried to chase down McNulty but lost him
• While at Snr Buns, Carmella gave him a pink condom to practice safe ERP with
• They were joined by Tessa, then Osvaldo called and told him he was in New Babylon and the clowns should attack
• Wendy, Marley, Reina, Hazel and Helen join them where they plotted to storm the compound after Osvaldo was taken hostage
• Reina told him how Hydra stole her parts and keeping them hostage until the war is over
• She began to freak out that Twinkles was still not back, so Chatty said Twinkles called him and everything was ok
• The clowns all met up after each of them got their clubs, then clownvoyed their way up to Harmony, where everyone dressed up like Sneaky
• A tornado storm started, so the group took cover inside of the clothing store and waited for it to pass
• The clowns full sent their convoy into the compound and were instantly shot at
• Chatty managed to down 1 Babylonian before he was caught and beat down by Elle
• He reunited with **Tessa **and **Marley **outside of the compound and explained how they saw clown god
• Clown god then appeared and gave Chatty 2 grenades, so he drove back into New Babylon and blew up multiple people
• Luciano called back and said in return of him blowing up their cars, hes going to kill Tessa
• Osvaldo called, so they all headed down to MRPD and and beat down Juno as part of her Marshal interview
• Wendy ended up downing a cop and Marley was cuffed, so 5 clowns went back to MRPD and managed to rescue him
• Chatty was beat down trying to save the others, so Reina dumped his body at the Funhouse for someone to rescue him
• Tessa arrived and gave him medical, however he kept making her stress and it took a while
• She ran by the idea of repurposing the tier 2 apartments she decorated, since not a single person had entered the building in 6 months

• Tessa gave Chatty, Kirk and Reina a tour of the abandoned apartments and her ideas to turn it into a parkour game room
• Chatty ran into Tessa, and they briefly chased a Russian duo until they kidnapped Tessa, then reverse chased them
• After meeting back up with Kirk they ran into Esme and kidnapped her and took her to the hospital, where they were met by Leo, Osvaldo and Crimbo
• Chatty and Kirk drove around to different gang turfs, landing at Habibi turf
• They ran over Raymond, then raced to the hospital before bleeding out after they were shot at
• Raymond also insinuated that he and Hazel were a thing. Kirk joked that if it was true he is removing her from the clowns
• The duo ran into the Russians who began to chase them, so they took multiple jumps to toy with them
• Officer Crystal and RGB began to chase the duo, however Chatty instantly ejected and beaten up
• RGB mentioned Tessa trying to kidnap him moments before
• Crystal took him to Up-N-Atom and dunked his head in a used toilet
• Chatty called Tessa crying so her and Wendy picked him up. He explained to them how they kidnapped him and gave him the potty mouth treatment
• The trio then schemed ways on how to get them back while getting weapons
• The trio went back to Up-N-Atom and called the cops, saying Chatty was still cuffed and needed their help
• An person wearing an abominable snowman disguise pulled up, however they managed to flee before they could stab them
• While checking MRPD they came across Crystal leaving the building, so they took her hostage and brought her back to Up-N-Atom
• They forced her to clean Chattys mask, then tased her as she was cleaning the poop stall
• Cops pulled up, so the trio ran out of the door, and luckily ADMC were there so they blamed them for having a hostage
• Chatty called RGB from Crystals phone, and gave him a chance to face Tessa alone or Crystals phone will be going bye bye
• Chatty then went through her phone, calling and messaged people to stir
• He also negotiated with Officer Moss on how to return the phone
• They pinged the cops to the mines and waited inside for the cops to arrive. He continued to send out texts while waiting
• RGB and Ryder made their way down the tunnel, so the clowns ambushed and attempted to stab them
• Chatty managed to down another officer before he was also shot down
• Crystal was left alone with Chatty, so she threatened him, asking if he was die to die right now what would his final thought be
• He said ‘finally it would be over… we would be one again’ and would be reunited with Giblets and Cups
• Chatty was transported to the hospital where the cops continued to torture and tormented him
• Sneaky and Hazel attempted to rescue Chatty however they were unable to so he was taken to MRPD without medical
• While in the cells Crystal took his mask, so he dropped his voice which seemed to scare them into giving it back
• He was then sentenced to prison for 393 months with a $81k fine after another officer started to question what really happened
• He warned Crystal to be ready with her class 2, as the clowns will be out for her all day tomorrow with no initiation
