1/27/2026 Kick Recap - "Securing This Gold"

Lang still thinks Saab is against him, Saab claims he's helping. CJ was told her and Lang have warrants from the NYE Paleto, they're both surprised. Therapy session was very bad: Skipper and CJ weren't speaking, Eliza and Luciano still have tension, people were still drunk from the night before. Artemis will be away for a while, Saab tried to temperature check Skipper on how close he is with Lang, and then Skipper told this to CJ after they made up. Arush and the MC were robbed, but they went out and got their lick back.

Lang quickly catches up with Bjorn who thinks Luciano may be a prophet for finding Stag's helmet. Bjorn wants to take out the president (in game) next week, they shortly discuss ideas. Lang heads out for his Faceless mission, he asks CJ to prepare a boat and wait in case he needs a getaway. He grows more suspicious of Saab after a few more calls, so he has Luciano record and be present for every single trade during trade day.

Lang arrives at the Faceless compound with the other assets. He waits in disguise for further instructions, Charlie and one of the assets banter about how they look. After a long wait, they follow the convoy and take out the guards, successfully capturing the VIP. They take a USB from him and hand it over to Charlie, regrouping on the coast. Charlie and Blue Man interrogate Arthur, the VIP. They execute Arthur and leave the island.

Lang returns to New Babylon for the chaos of Trade Day. Harry is selling fish for too much, Lang accuses CJ of refusing BBL trades, Dio visits and Lang grows extremely suspicious. Lang gets frustrated with the Marduks and Luciano for not securing the gold, Osvaldo tries to drive by and cut Lang's hair but misses. They shoot him down and secure all the gold Arush got for trade day. Luciano demands more money for his work, Lang gives him a % split of the gold they are collecting in secret.

Lang heads to bed.
