⟢ Meeting started off with Raymond telling everyone to be fully prepped before jobs etc. and that not doing so is unacceptable.
⟢ They moved onto talking about the VAF system. Raymond gave them the ‘ok’ to shoot to save their cars, if possible and if they’re ready.
⟢ Raymond talked about the mini conflict with Besties and the shootout with Vagos, so he wants the experienced people to teach the non-experienced ones how to hold their own.
⟢ Gang gave a few updates, Valdez won’t be around as often as he used to be, Evie was taken hostage by Zuck, and they talked about the prospects and how they’re doing.
⟢ Raymond wants everyone to supply themselves with their personal guns etc., however if they truly need them, they can use the gang guns for gang jobs, but that should not be the default.

➤ Promotion Talk:
Raymond brought up how Aiko, Michael and Frankie have expressed interest in joining the gang. He left the room while everyone discussed.
Aleks hard vouched for Aiko and Michael being around everyday and helping the gang a lot, but that Frankie needs more time. Ray agrees with these points. They also said the current Prospects need more time.
They then went around the table and voted yes/no/more time on the three names.
