The group headed up to the Cuban Embassy after Osvaldo stated New Babylon wanted to meet with him

He met up with Osvaldo and Andy Fischer, who gave him a map of the New Babylon compound and surround areas they patrol
Chatty explained how he wants to torture and kill Lang Buddha, to which Andy said he could inform Chatty on his location
Andy discussed with the group the infighting that the clowns cause every time they attack. Chatty then called Eliza to stir
Pred called to taunt that Chatty will hate him in the next couple of days. The group then drove around trying to find him near the Funhouse and in Sandy Shores

They met back up with Peters to get him ‘uncuffed’. Peters attempted to kidnap him so the clowns beat the cops down and fled
The group then headed to Boilingbroke to hold up a DOC member. There was a prison riot, so they decided to kidnap a cop instead
Chatty and Mumbles ran into Bell, who they kidnapped while unconscious
The trio ended up being chased by Tyler Peters and Nikki. They drove through New Babylon vod timestamp
Mumbles ocean dumped the car. Chatty drowned as he couldn't get out so they all scrambled to rescue him. Mumbles and Nikki both drowned trying to save him

After alot of struggle a tow truck arrived and finally rescued him from the water however Peters stole his body and dragged him through multiple bushes, rocks and cacti

Kirk grabbed Chatty to let him know his plan to get Chatty uncuffed. The group tried to convince Chatty to let Dr Stacey cut his hands off

The group headed to Sandy Shores and were joined again by Tyler Peters vod timestamp
Reina whipped out her gun and held up Peters to uncuff Chatty. Kirk and Reina then forced them to hug

The group tried to hold out in Ace Liquor. They got into a brawl trying to rescue Mumbles. He accidentally beat down Reina trying to attack the cops
After struggling to get a ride to the Hospital, they finally got his club working. While leaving Sandy, Bjorn briefly chased them
They got to the Hospital and negotiated with Peters for Mumbles release. They reversed kidnapped, and all held each other up
While reminiscing about Combat Arms, he and Osvaldo got into another fight. He began to tweak out, HEAVILY, to Osvaldo vod timestamp
Chatty started to tweak out about his old Combat Arms stats AGAIN, sending pictures to multiple clowns
He started crashing out HEAVY, so the group advised him to talk to Dr Stacey for an intervention

- He tried to bribe Leo and Reina to play with promotions within Clowncil. He then began to recruit random gangbangers on the street
Osvaldo agreed to front the money for 5 meth tables so the clowns could start prepping for meth runs
Chatty headed to Snr. Buns went to get some food and got kidnapped for a fleeca by Hades vod timestamp
He tried to convince them to let him negotiate. They asked him about why he doesn’t swear, which he said is because he’s super smart

Chatty and Marley headed to the apartments to fix his club. They met with more mechanics at the Tuner Shop to repair his other parts
Tessa called to let him know she's awake. While talking to someone about Christmas, his car exploded
Mr Fatchet picked him up. Chatty offered to buy him a meth table so he can participate in meth runs
Chatty gave Marley $120k and told him to start producing meth to be able to go on future meth runs, and said all clowns will have to start working
Kirk let him know Osvaldo gave them $480k to buy more meth tables
Ratchet called and demanded he gets his new sports car since he puts so much effort into the gang vod timestamp
Chatty test drove some cars at the Tuner Shop. Kirk agreed with him to not buy him the car and instead suggested to buy the worst car as a joke

Ratchet met with him. The car he wants was increased to $3.8million so Chatty asked if any other cars as a potential compromise

He chose a different car that was only $400k. Chatty refused to buy it for him and said he has to work for it first

All the clowns re-grouped at the Tuner Shop. A mime in a monster truck terrorised the group vod timestamp
He updated Tessa on the Ratchet quota plan, and asked if she's going to be ok with babysitting the clowns while he's away
While on the way to the Hospital, they informed Ratchet his meth quota is 15 bags
**Ratchet **claimed 15 bags was easy until he found out its atleast 15 hours of work
Mumbles caught Chatty up on the mime that is taunting him. They picked up Osvaldo and taunted cops at MRPD vod timestamp
Osvaldo threw a molotov, causing all the PD cars to explode. The whole force began to chase them
Chatty did a sick jump totally on purpose and briefly lost them. In true clown fashion they twatted their location, restarting the chase
20 minutes later… the car broke. **Chatty ** tried to lead them away on a foot chase with **Osvaldo ** as primary
**Kirk ** and **Tessa ** picked them up however it ended in a foot chase after the second car went out. **Chatty **managed to lose the cops almost immediately
**Helen ** called in a panic during the chaos saying Tweetie was gonna die due to the mime attacking her
**Jayna ** picked **Chatty ** up and insinuated she had keys to the PD, where his club was being held
They came up with a plan for **Chatty **to hold her up to infiltrate, but unfortunately she wasnt signed on duty
She dropped him off with **Twinkles ** and they went to go help **Mumbles **, who was cuffed.
- Chatty was beat down and cuffed so they started to blame everything on Osvaldo, who had already gone to sleep
The free clowns tried to save them however it ended with them all getting caught
**Chatty ** started dreaming of Combat Arms again while getting medical, then being transported to MRPD
Due to gang members ruining the cells, they were no longer allowed to share a cell. Vi Grey made sure **Chatty **got the big cell to avoid a mental breakdown
- **Chatty **was sent to prison for 50 months and a $16k fine
- **Chatty **and **Twinkles **beat up **Mumbles **so he f8zed up (no card for him)
- **Kirk **and **Twinkles **finally gave in to his Combat Arms addiction (so did **Chazzy **-note from Winter)
