He also invited Kirk over to watch them. Kirk informed him that the cover story won't work due to his bad texts with Ember
He tried to stir with Michael Verse from the Manor about Osvaldo shooting up their block. He then tried to stir the Manor into doing a drive-by on the house

If Chatty gets 100 signatures in support of banning Ember from Blaine County, the Mayor might consider actually banning her
Chatty filled Junior in on why he’s on house arrest and said he deserves the death penalty. Junior said he will read the whole case and might potentially give him a pardon
Chatty and Twinkles spoke about rebuilding the Funhouse. Chatty said if he doesn’t get death, then yes. Twinkles said there are a lot of people offering support in gathering materials

Chatty encouraged Twinkles to snitch on Kirk, Reina, Maddie, and Happy’s meth run
He and Twinkles tried to blow up Kirk’s RV, but failed so they played food fetch with him instead
The group then stirs with Happy about his relationship with Tig and how Windsong was jealous

The duo discusses Helen’s current situation on her crashouts
Chatty asked Frosty about the Funhouse collapsing, and she said to just forget about it and move on. He compared it to her “just moving on” from losing her eye

Ember called. Frosty told him to hang up the phone, and he had Ember call Frosty
Ember said Keith said he hopes Chatty dies
Frosty yelled at Ember and told her to stop calling him
Frosty and Chatty played handcuff chicken. If he loses, he goes to jail.
He broke all cuffs and won

Jojo tells him he warned Ember not to go to them, before she was brainwashed, months ago. But Ember wanted to learn how to hypnotise people so she got to know Smileys, after Jojo repeatedly told her it was a bad idea
She said after the war, Charlie became an issue. She said after Jojo was hurt by Ember, Charlie took control completely and told Jojo to figure out a way to stop her or else she’d go to the Smileys or Lullaby to fix her. Jojo explains they brainwashed her into forgetting Charlie at Ember’s request
Jojo thought it worked but apparently didn’t. Ember came back but was saying she didn’t remember how she became a clown and felt disconnected from the clowns
Jojo stabbed Tad because he hurt Ember, and she had a long history with the Smileys so she was tired of always having to be the bigger person
Jojo said she would accept the consequences herself, but Ember didn’t like that. She went to the Smileys to join them to stop Jojo from getting hurt even though Jojo told her it was the last thing she ever wanted and it would cause more issues for her than just taking her consequences. She told Ember she had always had conflicts with the Smileys
Ember tried to hide being in the Smileys and lied about leaving them. And when Jojo finally had enough and said they were through, Charlie pulled out a knife
She said even before she was brainwashed by the family, she was calling them her family. Chatty once again excused her by saying “she’s an idiot”
Chatty asked what she wants to do about it. Jojo said she wants to destroy the Smileys forever, but she doesn’t think it’s gonna happen
He told her the guy at the top wants Ember, but the others don’t
He says he wants to help Ember get out of the Smileys because “she’s just dumb” and “she’d ride for him”, but everything after that is up to Ember
He said if they get Ember out of the Smileys, it’s helping Tad and Ian, so that could benefit Jojo. Jojo told him about the text she got from Tad with his suggestion on how to help Ember
Jojo said they want to make Bell a Smiley, and Chatty said it would be more difficult for them to do that without Ember
Chatty suggested she “bite the bullet” and help her out. Jojo is worried Ember might try to take her to the Smileys but he said he’d organize something for her safety. He encouraged her to take risks and not live her life in fear
Jojo asked if he would help her get rid of the Smileys once and for all. He said if she successfully gets Ember out of there and they continue to go after Jojo, then yes, he will help. But if they stop, they leave it at that

Jojo said she’d think about it, and Chatty said “there’s not much to think about”, but Jojo said it’s putting her own safety on the line
Chatty pushed her for a yes or no, and asked if she wants to help Ember or not
Jojo agreed and he said he’d let her know when they have a plan
Jojo asked how he can still love Ember after all she’s done. He said through thick and thin, she’s got his back, so he has to show the same respect back. He calls her “a real one”
He said Ember’s not really bad, she’s just dumb, and you have to look deeper into her
Jojo asked at what point does her being dumb stop being an excuse. Chatty claims he’s not using it as an excuse; he just doesn't want this for her
He said Jojo is yucked up too because she married her patient. He asked if Ratchet would have a shot with her if he were her patient because he likes her
He told Jojo he thinks they're using childhood favourite songs to brainwash people

Twinkles called and asked for Raffy’s book for Osvaldo and Esme to hear, but he said Mumbles has it
Helen asked why he “didn’t wear a mask yesterday”, and he apologized if he was a jerk. She said he didn’t need to apologise
Helen said she and Frosty want to take him out on 1 last field trip just in case he dies tomorrow. She suggested going to the new restaurants. He asked to join Wendy’s birthday clown risk game
He called Bozo and who confronted him on Jagger attempting to torture his sister Wendy
He informed Bozo about Emis (who is Bozo’s niece) plan and told him she was working with David Wonders. Bozo mentioned killing a family member today
He told Bozo his death penalty verdict is tomorrow; Bozo asked if he needs to kill a judge and Chatty said please don’t
Helen said his phone call sounded suspicious so Frosty called Bozo and grilled him about it but got clown commed from him
Frosty gave Chatty lore drops about the peeing habits of women and the difference between men and women bathrooms man wtf
Helen asked for a fashion show of Chatty’s other fits, and he decided to wear his OG fit to clown risk
They left to take Chatty on his field trip, and asked to drive by the Funhouse on the way to see what it looks like since he’s heard it's worse vod timestamp
They drove past the Funhouse on their way to the clown risk bridge, and one of the **DOC **offered to help rebuild it
One of the cops asked what happens if you call him by his government name, and he said now, he’d just correct them. But 2 months ago, he’d probably snap their neck. She asked if it’s that way with all clowns, and he said he doesn’t know
Helen warned about Lullaby maybe showing up and positioned officers around the bridge to protect and make sure **Chatty **doesn’t run
He called Twinkles and stirred that Reina and Deek were flirting. Twinkles said he had some information on Tessa’s injuries. Helen also said if Ember shows up, they have to leave, so Chatty told Twinkles to kill her if she's seen
Deek insisted that Chatty call Twinkles and tell him not to kill him… Chatty did it but in a very suspicious way that would probably get Deek killed

Jimbo came onto the bridge and asked if he was really getting death. He joked that hes going to kill Chatty himself
After getting medical attention he was transported to Hornys however it was closed to they went back to the UnFunhouse
Chatty stated that if he dies Tessa will get his mask. He then stated that he is Tessas only kid
The DOC joked around that Ember was in love with Chatty and they were dating
They drove back past the Funhouse one more time. The DOC offered to contribute money towards the rebuild vod timestamp
As his last request he was allowed to punch Deek in the face. They all then joked around at Jagger hitting Deek with a flashlight
Helen went to a meeting so Deek was left in charge. Chatty asked him to get some beers but he refused
Chatty instead got him to fix the AC. While fixing it Chatty threw rocks at the machine causing to to explode
Deek survived the explosion
Sneaky and Twinkles, shortly followed by Wendy, arrived and gave him a note regarding Tessa medical condition and past injuries vod timestamp
He called Bozo and asked him where hes been and what he knows. Bozo, Reina and Snuffles showed up at the house so they talked in person
They briefly went over all times Jagger came out. He also admitted that he and Jagger are the same and was lying about remembering
He explained that between Cups leaving, the clowns driving him insane and bottling up his feelings lead to him resenting himself, causing him to hurt others
They spoke about him and Jagger being one, and how everything he said and did was Chatty deep down. Bozo said he doesnt believe that
They briefly spoke about Ember joining the Smileys. Bozo said the difference between him and Ember is that Chatty takes accountability whereas she does. Bozo said him getting death penalty is the scared way out
- He asked what happens when Chatty dies. Who becomes the leader and how many clowns will be upset. Chatty said they would figure it out
Bozo and the group joked that if he gets the death penalty they will all storm the courthouse dressed as Chatty and repeat what CG did
Chatty said goodnight to the clowns and if he doesnt see them tomorrow, its been an honour… o7
