Stream Intro
Chatty woke up driving his van at the Funhouse towards the city vod timestamp
He met with Mumbles at Mosleys, and forced him to call mechanics to get his van repaired
He called Tweetie to see if she could repair the parts instead, and also said they could talk regarding her recent texts
Jayna and Bell joined the duo so he questioned Mumbles and Bell on how the prison holdout went. They said it was bad, and they were billed $90k
Theo Jackson questioned the group about them being mean to Ember, which Chatty acted like he didn’t know who she was
He headed to the Tuner Shop to repair his turbo where he told Tweetie that he has a gift on the way for her as a “good job” 👀
While waiting for the turbo, he read his texts and got an update on what he asked Stumbles to do yesterday
Kirk called to yell at Chatty about the prison situation and told him to expect a fight when they see each other
Kirk joined the group to yell at him while Chatty hid on the lift before jumping off and trying to hit Kirk with his hammer vod timestamp
Tweetie took a downed Chatty to the hospital where they found Kirk again and they told Marley that Kirk was there so he could shoot him
While driving around, Osvaldo called to ask for his and Kirk’s help in kidnapping Leo
Chatty ejected from the car and Kirk didn’t come back so he had to take Dr Skip
While waiting for Kirk, he prank called Malcolm Silva
The duo drove around chasing the clown van again and realised the Jayna stole it
Chatty threatened to get her arrested to the cops nearby
Jayna drove off again so Chatty and Tweetie continued to chase her until she ejected
The group headed to the hospital where Chatty once again taunted Bell about the prison prank because he owes Tessa money
He then met up with Tessa and gave her the 312k he owed vod timestamp
Chatty was caught in the cross fire as the 2 officers he were with were gunned down

Chatty called Kirk to catch up before heading to the hospital where he found Tessa vod timestamp
Bell, Jayna and Jojo arrived to try to steal his clown van again however Chatty kidnapped Jojo instead
Kirk tried to smoke Chatty in a seperate room in the hospital but failed
While leaving the hospital Bell and Jayna once again stole his van, but gave him a ride to Snr. Buns
The trio drove to MRPD to beat up Pred but Chatty tricked them and ditched them
He stopped by Vespucci and purchased 6 scuba tanks in preparation for a future escape plan, as well as 20 notepads
While driving north, Helen called and asked about the meeting. She said her and Osvaldo are planning a secret santa event and wants to announce it during the meeting
He drove to the Yellowjack, where he set up food and notepads ready for the meeting
While driving to Humane Labs, he called **Kirk **and asked to show him something alone
He left 6 scuba tanks on the 3rd floor, next to the under water tunnel entrance
Tessa, Kirk and Mumbles joined him, so he told his plan to use the tunnels as an escape plan vod timestamp
- Due to alot of scuff, Mumbles used 3 of the scuba tanks trying to rescue Chatty
Marley, Helen and Jojo called for details regarding the meeting which Chatty reaffirmed that Jojo was not invited and was strictly for Clowncil members only
As they were leaving the group got into a melee battle. While bleeding out they called Wendy for a rescue
Wendy joined the group and they pranked her that Kirk had Mime DNA so he was going after all the clowns. The duo got into a fight where **Kirk **shot **Wendy **in the head
Kirk loaded them all into the van and attempted to drive to the Funhouse
They ran into Helen, Jojo, Flyrone and Marley while leaving so Kirk downed Jojo, Flyrone and Marley
The group headed to the Funhouse, where they were joined by McNulty and Coyote vod timestamp
After a fist fight, he left Mumbles and Kirk soft-cuffed
While driving up Mt. Chiliad the group discussed how the clowns don't listen to anyone but Chatty
Chatty and Tessa then left the duo on top to walk down to the Funhouse
Jayna called and offered to give him 40 pillows of meth. He agreed and gave her a spot on the next meth run

While driving back up the mountain, Chatty questioned Tessa on how much she truly dislikes Ember vod timestamp
Tessa stated she outright hates her since she hasn’t changed
- She then listed the reasons she hates her. She specifically brought up the Lily/Moose situations, only apologising to get into Chatty’s good graces as well as everything she did with the Smileys
Chatty stated he gets a different vibe from her, to which Tessa questioned if she is lying or not
Tessa asked Chatty if he felt guilty for her issues, to which Chatty agreed and stated if the clowns go hard on Ember, they should to him as well
Tessa told him that while he takes accountability, Ember is forced to take it
Tessa compromised by asking if she works on letting her feelings go, can he work on letting go of his guilt and Embers' accountability

Chatty and Tessa made it to the Yellowjack, however they forgot Kirk and Mumbles so they sent all the clowns to search Chiliad
The duo continued to talk about the **Ember *situation as they searched the mountain vod timestamp*
- Tessa admitted she actually holds alot of resentment towards alot of the clowns due to the mime war and during his Jagger episode
The duo arrived back at the Yellowjack however, they made fun of Chatty’s outfit so he left to change
The clowns all headed inside and the meeting began vod timestamp
Chatty started by asking if Moose was a problem in his current condition. Moose then explained how he is now Ian after being ocean dumped for over 45 minutes
- Chatty then told Moose to leave as he couldnt trust him
Stumbles began the Ember conversation while Chatty pulled Kirk to the side to get on the same page and bat for Ember
The clowns all took turns in bringing up situations in which **Ember **had ‘wronged’ them however Chatty shut them down saying it was either clown yuck or nothing they hadnt done before
Chatty asked them to open an ear for Ember to apologise. Bozo called out that Chatty takes accountability and Ember does not
Chatty asked each clown one by one if Ember owes them an apology and also called double standards towards her
Happy suggested an Ember day where they all hang out with Ember individually, Chatty says he’s down as long as **Happy **sets it up

Chatty brought up Bell, Tweetie and Jojo and how the group feels with them potentially joining the group
The group had mixed feelings on Jojo and don’t feel like they really know her/her identity
The group concluded Tweetie is too sensitive to be with the clowns currently
- Chatty decided neither of them are ready but encouraged everyone to keep including them
They agreed that Bell needs to grow more outside of the group first, but is on the top of the list of being invited
Chatty told the group that everyone who didnt receive a clown van will get one soon
Chatty then briefly confronted Helen on her place within the group, however she laughed it off saying shes on there because shes paid to be HR
He reminded them to help Moose with his problem
Chatty said mimes are about, but confirmed Emperor is dead. They set boundaries on what is doing to much
They discussed how Wendy was injected with DMT by Mimes who tried to say it was for peace between clowns and mimes… they were all confused by it
**Chatty **added Sneaky, Mumbles and **Party **to the Funhouse business app
**Sneaky **asked them to please prevent **Wendy **from getting hurt when she’s hallucinating, which **Chatty **agreed
They then moved onto the HR section, to which Helen read out all of the HR complaints and Chatty guessed who wrote them vod timestamp
**Helen **then announced secret clownta. **Chatty **signed up everyone who is on the business app
**Chatty **concluded it by making everyone beat the yuck out of each other before they can leave the bar
They went to the Funhouse for medical where he and Mumbles fought before he went to sleep

Offline Chatterbox

**Chatty **woke up late in the evening and messaged Stumbles, thanking him for his help during the meeting, as well as briefly update him on what he missed after

*Stream TLDR: **Chatty **woke up and met up with **Kirk **and Mumbles, where they chased down **Bell **and **Jayna **who kept stealing his clown van. He then met up with **Tessa **and the duo were caught in the crossfire of a cop shooting. **Chatty **then separated and he set up food for the clown meeting, then left scuba tanks in Humane Labs as part of a future cop getaway. He then had a length pre-meeting talk with **Tessa **regarding **Embers *actions and how to move forward with her. They then joined the rest of the clowns where they hashed out all their feelings towards Ember, aswell as discuss potential new members of the Clowncil.
